Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

Never ordering from this Location AGAIN. Id put zero stars if I could. I wasn't even going to leave a review until the staff member told me to never order like that again. My office coworkers placed separate orders that I went to pickup. 6 orders placed by 10:30am to pickup at 11:45. I tried calling the store so much that I memorized the number! No one answered. I show up at 11:30, early I tell them I'm here for 6 orders all under my name as the pickup. He goes its going to take us a bit (2 workers working) I said that's fine and sat down. I said I tried calling but no one picked up. I was told phones must not be working. I didn't get my subs till 1225........ Was told this should have been catering. To never order like that again. I said orders were placed by 10:30 for a 11:45 pickup. He said we don't get orders till 15 mins prior to pickup. I said I also tried calling he said well phones don't work. How is that my problem? So if I had brought me 5 other coworkers that ordered with me and they all selected 11:45 someone would still have been waiting till 12:25?????? I walked out fuming because I didn't complain one bit while I was in there, didn't say a word! But to tell someone never to order like that again??? We've ordered from the subway in bel air festival with no issues...

I frequent this location every few weeks or so and have never had any problems until today. After ordering a wrap and a 6" sub, I went to hand a brand new coupon over to the cashier only to be informed tbat as of today, this location no longer accepts coupons. There is no sign on the door nor any signage anywhere inside the business stating this. When the older lady cashier was informed that this was a brand new coupon, she starting becoming rude and condescending telling me that she will not accept the coupon even though I know for sure that this can be overriden in the system. I will make it a point never to come back to this location due to the attitude of the older woman and the owner of this...

Last couple times we have gotten food here it has been pretty bad. When we placed an online order, they left off the bacon that we paid extra for. When we opened the other sub, half the lunch meat was off the bread and in the wrapper. Neither of our sandwiches had many toppings on them either. Both times we have eaten here, my stomach has been in knots. I tasted a piece of ham from my daughters sandwich with no toppings and it tasted awful. I would rather pay a little bit more and get a sub with better quality lunch meat. The people that work there are friendly, which is the only reason I am...
