I truly love this place, but I am having issues with them not following directions and unfortunately this is the only Dairy Queen around. I was going almost everyday for my family getting 4 to 5 Blizzards a day mind you. It's like $27 dollars each time. I would get the cotton candy one with extra pink stuff and extra candy paying for it also which I didn't care about. When I get home the top is great get half of it gone and it's back to white no pink at all very little candy in it. I went back complained they gave me new ones to replace the problem is it still happens I don't understand it how can someone get it perfect and then others make them horrible when I explain how I want it every time. Not sure if due to the pandemic and COVID-19, but this place has gotten CHEAP on their portions. Get a large sundae and barley any ice cream in it now. No toppings except maybe chocolate syrup. How sad. Not sure if its the laxy don't care incompetent workers or mangament telling them to do that. Once in a blue moon there will be someone who does it correctly. That person should train others on the correct process. Just because there is a pandemic does mean become a cheapo...
