Seasons Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I ordered a pizza yesterday afternoon. We added additional toppings neither of which was put on the pizza. The pizza looked like a 10 year old cut the pizza. I called the restaurant. I spoke to the assistant manager and she was argumentative telling me she made the pizza herself and it was made perfectly. After back and forth she said to bring it back and prove it and they'll remake it. When I took the pizza back I asked for the owner's information in order to send an email about the experience. She told me that there is no owner - I asked her who was her boss - she said she doesn't have one. So I guess she signs her own paycheck. Eventually the general manager came over and took over. He had a completely different demeanor. He apologized for the situation after seeing how bad the pizza was - he ended up refunding our money. I understand its only a pizza however it was almost $28 and I would have expected a better product, better service and treated differently especially from the assistant manager. She is supposed to set a good example for the other workers who she manages. Which she failed at...

We order from here a good bit. The foods always hot and good. They also have the best salads!

We did have one issue where they were out of meatball subs but the website didn't show that. When the food was delivered, I called about the sub missing and was told by the manager Johnny that they were out of meatballs and it shouldn't have charged me. When I put the order in online, the total did include the sub but after the purchase, it did not charge me. However, I was never informed about this so when the food arrived, everyone had their dinner except me.. so I was a little frustrated and hungry lol! Shortly after, Johnny showed up to our door with a meatball sub and some chips that he personally went and picked up for us to make things right. We had no idea he was doing this! And we tried to pay him but he refused to take our money and was so kind and said he just wanted to make it right. It was such a wonderful act of kindness and show of excellent...

Omg, this place is under new management and I highly recommend you try it out. The customer service is chick fila level amazing. I was greeted multiple times, up selling was on point, the entire staff was friendly and genuinely looked happy to be at work. The manager Johnny took my order, offered me a drink and encouraged me to sit down and relax while I wait. I was taking my order home but he convinced me to stay a few minutes and I did. He checked in on me as well as the other tables near. Grabbing us napkins and extra plates. The food was delicious. The wings were sweet but had a kick of spice. My son is a tough critic and he loved the pizza. Served hot, sliced small and the sauce and cheese complimented each other. I highly recommend this location for family night, group sporting events, and outing with the crew, or to grab a quick solo lunch and enjoy being catered to for a few minutes of your day.
