I placed an order at 12:06pmET on 3/3/23. I tracked the order on the app and it said it came out of the oven and was being inspected at 12:19. I waited and waited and nothing. I called the store at 12:52 and the man that answered the phone checked on my order. I simply told him that I had placed an order and it had been almost an hour and nothing. After he checked on it, he told me there must have been a glitch in the system and the driver had already left without taking it. I said ok, well isnt it getting cold after being out of the over for over almost 30 mins.? He said, no it is under a heat lamp. I was simply shocked at this point. I said ok, whatever and hung up. About 10 mins. later a car pulls into my driveway and I meet the person halfway to pick up my order and I said looks like your having some problems today. The woman angrily hands me the boxes and says well you made me have to leave my store unattended to deliver this to you and dont be rude to my team. When I arrived to pick up my online order I was told it would be ready in a few minutes even though I had gotten a notification that it was ready to go. A few minutes later the person at the counter noticed my pizza was ready but not the bread. After five minutes of several employees looking for my bread and discussing whether it had been made or not, they started remaking my bread. It took another couple minutes for someone to tell me what was going on and apologize. By the time I left with my order it was 40 minutes past when I had been notified it was ready. Then when I got home and started eating the was a half brown half blond piece of hair in the bread, and as my hair is currently bright pink, I can be sure it wasn't mine. Read moreThe delivery driver who came to my house a mere 10 minutes ago was awesome. It was the kids first day on the job and he was very pleasant. It wasn't so much as to what he did as it was about his overall attitude. I just lost a loved one and he doesn't know it but by being the way he was he made the day a little better and as a restaurant franchisee I can tell you that he exemplifies great customer service. Keep it up kid! Also the food came swiftly even though I live in Myersville which is a bit of a drive. The person who picked up the phone was also great and very patient with me despite my constant stuttering.
