Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

In the past I have given this location my highest ratings. That is no longer the case. Recently a manager who posted it all on Facebook was apparently such a dictator that over half of the crew walked out. I was there this evening for the first time since it happened. All the faces were new to me even though I am a regular here. The young woman who was in charge of things looked to be about 18 or 19 a beautiful petite little girl wearing glasses and extremely dark hair. This young woman was larger in charge and she was riding everyone and they were extremely stressed it was written all over their faces. Some were upset and angry with the way she was treating them others were nervous and job worried it was clearly visible on their faces. All we're hopping around keeping this busy as possible especially when she stepped out of the office. She was giving them a very loud verbal hard time. I'm surprised they could continue working productively. On my arrival I expected to find my pictures were not all that hot because I got sidetracked and should have been there at least 15 minutes faster. it didn't matter I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for them to make them because it would seem that even though I was told that they were still in the oven on my arrival. Many other online orders came in why I stood there and many of those also left the store while I was still standing there waiting. When I got the pizza only half of the large with everything, had any toppings beyond the cheese and pepperoni. The medium buffalo chicken had very few pieces of chicken plenty of cheese and absolutely zero buffalo sauce. I will have to wait a short while to see on my next visit if they have improved or not. Only a couple of hundred feet down the road is a ledo's and why they may cost me more they will be consistent and make a great Pizza. It said anything to have to write this because I have loved this place for 8 years. I will be checking back on them at some point...

Pizza was good but this location is shady.

I was excited to try out the 2 min or less curbside deal where you get a free pizza if the timer is the app runs out and you don’t have the order.

So I get to the store and say “I’m here” in the app. At this point the order says ready and the timer starts. About 1min in the guy pictured comes out and says we are running behind…. Ok cool guess I get a free pizza! Sweet!

He then goes back into the store and I watch my order change from counting down to a free pizza to complete as if they gave me the food! I then proceeded to wait another 8 min for the food.

So Domino’s is making a offer and the store is scam you right out of it when ever they want to. Seems...

I have bought pizza here for years! Unfortunately I have to call In all orders because they are "out of delivery range" which is inconvenient but acceptable. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Curtis this evening, and was overall astounded by the service provided by Curtis. Took my order, said he would look for a cupon that matches my order (first time ever), and assured me he would have it out ASAP as they were busy this evening. Most pleasant order I've placed at this location. Curtis you rock, and deserve to be appreciated. I wish I had the power to give...
