This Domino's location is a bit of a disgrace. Tonight we ordered and specified NO GARLIC OIL on any of the pizzas. My nephew has an intolerance to garlic. The amount in the sauce is minimal and he can get by with it but all the extra squirted on to the pizza, does him in. Luckly, we checked the pizzas before leaving because all of them had garlic and had to be remade. So, we went out to the car to wait for them to get made. Twenty minutes later we come back in and one of the gentlemen, who seemed to be the manager since he took responsibility, informed us that the pizzas needed to be remade because they had garlic on them again! This time we waited in store for the pizzas to be made. The gentleman we dealt with, personally oversaw and watched the third set of pizzas being made. While this was taking place, one of the other young men that were working in the store, kept chuckling over the explicit instructions for no garlic. To this taller young man with glasses, laughing over this request, hopefully you are reminded to be humble life. This location seems to need a corporate redo. A simple request with atleast 9 employees working the store and you all failed twice. The pictures that I am including shows that the stores needs a bit of cleaning. It almost looks like mold up front and the ceiling tiles over the food prep areas look like they have not been cleaned in years. I am truly disheartened with this franchise and this location....

This dominos store in Bryan’s Road, MD has been our go to for many years, but not this time. They made a mistake and put cheese on one of our pizzas that we requested no cheese due to a dairy allergy. Again we order from this store regularly. I even tipped 15%. I called and spoke to Terron who tried to tell me what I ordered which I knew, and I explained to him it’s the thin crust pizza. He asked which of the three options I wanted. I said I wanted a remake and he stated it would take 30-40 min for delivery. It literally took almost 1.5hours for my remake. Then when I received it, it was burnt in some areas, cold, and about three slices were stuck to the top fold of the box. I don’t know what’s going on but this is absolutely a disgrace. I’ve never had terrible service like this. I will be writing corporate about this also. If you are unhappy with being in a customer service job, please change and do something else, if you cannot, find a way to make the best of it. A customer should not pay for your mistake by receiving horrible service and food that they paid for, on top of giving a tip. This experience made me want to never order from here again after being a paid customer for many years. Save your money, patience, and frustration. Go somewhere else unless they change management and employees.

Ordered my pizza around 1 today. My text @ 2:02 stated “ Austin” is on the way. My pizza came at 4:08. Can someone explain why it takes over 2 hours to deliver pizza to a house 10 minutes or less away not to mention my undercooked chicken. Took it back thinking I’ll get one remade but no the manager had the nastiest disposition because he is short staffed gave me a refund that he claimed would take 3-5 business days and then no receipt or anything to show proof of a refund. When I asked so no pizza no money no nothing I was told yeah you’ll get a refund in 3-5 business days. What’s worst when I told the manager I have pictures to show how wet the box is from the pizza seating for 2 hours he laughed along with the other workers and said I don’t care and I tell you what dominos it shows. I will drive to Waldorf before I ever spend a dime with this franchise again. Who wants wet pizza?? NO ONE !!!🤢😡🤬

From the looks of the last few months, this store has been doing horrible. They are. Today I ordered contactless delivery. As I was not home to greet the driver like I normally would. Upon delivery, received a phone call from my son, and the voice on the other side was the delivery driver requesting that I leave a tip because I didn’t on the app. I was at work so I honestly forgot to leave the tip. I always tip. ALWAYS. I’m trying the figure out why didn’t the driver call me and why am I talking to him through my sons phone. So I leave a tip, then call the store to express my concern….which was the driver contacting me on my sons phone and not his, AFTER choosing contactless delivery. I called the store only to be greeted by a rude manager that assumed that I was upset about the tip. I was not upset about the tip. He then proceeds to say “the lack of empathy people have these days”…he’s screaming in the background not even LISTENING to what I’m saying. He then directs me to 1800dominos if I have a complaint. And of course their office is closed. After work I go to the store to properly tip Austin since I wasn’t able to and apologize to the manager for getting irate with him on the phone. I arrive and asked the “manager” who delivered my food so I could leave him a $100 tip, he said Austin would be back in 20-30 minutes. When I asked who the manager was the young man said “Your speaking to him” and then goes back to making pizza and says “I’m listening..”. I apologized to him and told him he wasn’t understanding what I was saying and that it wasn’t about the tip. It was the protocol. It wasn’t followed. The whole time I’m speaking he did not look at me one time and said “I understand” and that was it. I left. He messed up Austin’s tip. Currently This dominos location has no customer service skills and it shows. From the manager to the employees. The number 1 way for ANY business to thrive is through customer service. I’m disappointed and did contact corporate. And no I do not want...
