They always disappoint. Called and no one understands English and tell me my pizza is fine and they can’t refund me. THERES NO CHEESE! He wanted to get my card number and charge me again so he could do something but I had to hang up. Will be going tomorrow and getting $20 back. Oh and they love to call saying they’re downstairs when the directions say leave at door. I always tip online so I can’t even guarantee my service will be carried through. Would give no stars if I could.
UPDATE: Called immediately after seeing that pizza for a refund for just that pizza ( the second was fine). I was told to call “tomorrow” which is today 10/18. Called around 11AM and got the runaround and told to text the “manager” the very pic you see before you and he’d call me back.
No call back from 11am so I text him at 9:22PM and got a call back from said manager. He said he “can’t cancel an order that was placed yesterday”. I told him that I did and his staff said to call today. He repeated that same response of “why didn’t you call yesterday”, he began getting loud with me and saying he will credit me for that same pizza so when I order again it’s paid for with the credit…now why the hell would want MORE food from this place?! He yelled some more and said to take it up with my bank so I hung up and will be doing just that.
So instead of refunding me for the one pizza-shaped cardboard they sent, they lose out on the whole charge!! Because now it’s the principle and I will be refunded one way or the other. This could have been quick and simple but that bad business behavior won’t...
Read moreNothing like placing an online order just got them to call after the tracker says, " they've started to make my order", to tell me they are out of brookies. It's more the way Renee (MOD) called my phone as if I was suppose to know who was calling me and what for! I order from the 2 for $5.99 each menu! They literally have 3 choices of desserts they are all very different in pricing! So to offer my lava cake and then say when the brownie is done you'll have a diver send it, I immediately have to decline!
I've had the worse luck it seems with these dang on Dominos! Ive had a manager promise me a driver was going to sending something I paid for and never received it! So no way I'm going to trust you to sending me one, after you get it from the other store!
It was literally awful!!! Out of all of the pizza places in radius and delivery services like Uber Eats and DD & GH, that the supposed it "#1 pizza in the nation", would have their ducks in a row! This is literally terrible!
I had two orders in two different carts and the only thing that made the difference was $2 and I decided to order where I'd get more bang for my buck but all y'all keep giving me is major disappointment!

Read moreThis review is more about the employees than it is about the food itself, we’ve had multiple issues with the delivery drivers. I always select contactless delivery because I order pizza when I’m sick, this is for the sake of the driver more than my own. The first time the driver couldn’t be bothered to drop off the pizza as instructed and took it back to the store when I didn’t answer my phone, I had to go to the hassle of picking the pizza up, if I wanted to drive I would’ve done that to begin with, the second time the delivery driver decided to stay parked at our driveway and proceeded to have an hour long conversation with some stranger from the street right then and there, we were about to call to police because we had no idea it was him still there, lastly the interaction that made me write this review is the delivery driver once again ignoring the contactless delivery request and taking the time to stay at my door for minutes to ask for a tip, I tip online I don’t keep cash on me, after telling him tip would be given online he proceeded to say I was lying, all while preventing me from closing my door.
