Burger King — Restaurant in Maryland

Visited the Burger King in Hyattsville and was pleasantly surprised! I don't visit this particular fast food chain because their oversized burgers are equally over priced and over saturated in everything from grease to condiments. But not this Burger King... Just a couple miles up from the PG Mall, nestled in an older, classic Burger King shell, I think I've found my forever go to. The only flaw I found at this location was the dining area could have been cleaner. But between the great bi-lingual service and amazingly prepared food, I really didn't mind taking out my sanitizer with the help of napkins, and wiping my own table. I ordered the classic Whopper with cheese meal which arrived on a tray displayed better than the commercial. It wasn't over sauced nor sloppy and didn't fall apart which is typically a given with BK. My meat had actually been drained appropriately which made it possible for me to enjoy a non-grease soaked bun. And enjoy it I did. The lettuce and tomatoe were fresh, the onions were sliced thin so you tasted the sweet and not the usual heat from oversized death breath. The Mayo and ketchup were appropriately proportioned and didn't over power the sandwich. And the cheese was melted perfectly. The drink machine had several new flavors and for the first time since they started implementing these new machines, this one actually had every single flavor drink it advertised. And every single one I tried, about 30, tasted amazing. The bathrooms were clean and stocked as was the condiment and drinking straw station. There was a mixture of all ethnicities and various working class patrons present. Although most of it's customers dined in, upon observation of the drive through, the wait time was Swift and the staff worked closely to ensure that both sets of customers were served happily and expeditiously. I didn't want to share my experience but I still have not forgotten the type of service they gave me in drive thr,it is not the first time I go there to eat, I always buy 3 orders and up to 5 orders, but always when I arrive in the window to pay , the youg women are not friendly there, the way of being and the way they give you things, I thought that maybe it would not happen again, but the service there is very bad, the people who are in the window should be kind to serve the people with a smile serve the food with respect and patience as they serve their family because no matter who the person is the food is sacred, and not only that I also felt sad that the young girl was able to put me the ketchup in the bag on my bags fries and I have evidence I have photos and date .... this comment does not mean that all the people who work there are the same, only the people who put there in the window are the people who still have to try and try to be more kind, and not if you do not have patience and kindness to say I hope you return so that customers...

Worst place for drive through order as I experienced firsthand yesterday. Places two orders and requested that the orders come in two separate bags. Got to the pick up window and the two orders were squeezed in one bag. Asked the guy to separate the orders in different bags , he said no and that I should drive off that there are other cars behind me. How can I drive off when you did not satisfy me? I asked him. It was becoming an argument until a lady came to my rescue and separated the orders. Bad customer service from the guy. Too bad .
