Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

Please do your best to boycott this location!!! The workers at this location specifically the younger kid that works the drive thru at night screamed and yelled at me over $1.50 coffee. This is the third time they gave me the wrong coffee (decaf versus caffe) and gave him the drink back and the receipt. He said it wasn't his problem! I don't work there and should get what I paid for it so how is it my problem. He said we've done that before and yes because you've gotten it wrong. Keep in mind I didn't drink it so I'm not trying to get my money back. I want what I ordered. He was so rude and ignorant treating my boyfriend and I like criminals. Also we have spent hundreds of dollars in there since it opened so why would it be out big plan to try to get a measly coffee out of them. Also the first time they made a caffeine ice coffee instead of decaf they actually made me pay for both!! But I didn't say anything because they were new. Anyway because he was giving me such a hard time I explained that some people have to order decaf even though there is caffeine in there it's less. Way too much info for the drive they but to prove my point I lifted my wig up to show him I'm recovering from cancer and limit caffeine. He actually rolled his eyes and said he didn't care if he lost our business. He wants to lose out business because he won't remake a $1.50 coffee. He was beyond rude and disrespectful and actually couldn't believe how argumentative he was over water and coffee beans. He said I should come back next time to the person that made it so you have to hunt down that specific person. Instead of just taking the coffee and receipt and making another coffee he yelled and was ignorant and actually very insensitive to the reason someone wanted what they ordered. Screaming it's not his problem and he has no problem losing business. Say what you want about Starbucks and their prices but they treat you like a human being and wouldn't scream at someone over their mistake. Someone in a car on the parking lot heard the whole thing and said they've been talked down to there also. You would have thought he caught us breaking into the store how irate with us he was. I've given them numerous chances and spent plenty there but at some point you have to say these people shouldn't be in business there. Please please boycott this location and spread the word esp if you have any reasons to want decaf they have a problem with it. The corporate office is aware of this persons behavior and I don't think should be dealing with the public. I had no intention of getting loud and in an argument over this but he came at us so rude and like we were criminals I don't think talking to other people like that should be acceptable. I love the convenience of this location but hope they are boycotted and shut down and get a different coffee place in there or at least learn a lesson about talking to customers spending their money there. It made me give at least a one rating to post because that guy deserves...

We are new to the area and didn’t know this place closes it’s doors at 6pm but stays open until 10pm. So when we pull in (no one is there because this place is always really slow) the girl at the counter just stares at us, so we start questioning but she’s standing by the register. As we walk to the door she continues to stare come to find out it’s locked. Why didn’t she say anything to us? Probably because of poor management. Then we go through the drive thru and the man acted like he never heard of our ice cream (baskin Robbins) before and gave us a hard time. Even though they did in fact have it.

Now whenever I’ve gone here in the mornings my food is either ice cold or made completely wrong. The staff just seems super lazy and not the brightest people. I will not go to this Dunkin’ when I can just go to the white marsh one...

The Joppa Dunkin' is probably the best one in Harford County to be honest. The lattes, cappuccinos, maccihatos, and basic flavored coffees are MIXED RIGHT and don't feel like sugary grime or half finish. Even though the line seems long in the morning they handle it in great time. Their drive through lane needs to be longer though, the customers I've experienced are dumb as a bag of pennies when it comes to getting in a line past that lane. I've seen near accidents several times and some serious road rage when ppl are scattered all over the parking lot caffeine deficient on a Monday. All other locations I've waited over 10 mintues at times. The one in Edgewood is trash and can't make a flavored coffee to save its life!
