I would like to reverse review to raise awareness to ignorance at this location.
I usually stop at Dunkin’ Donuts on my way to work at Breakthru Beverage distributors that is also down the road from this Dunkin’ Donuts location every morning. Yesterday on March 17 around 9:08 AM pay who’s going to Dunkin’ Donuts and decided to go inside instead of waiting in a long line. When I went inside I did read the sign that says that they are not serving and only doing mobile pick up inside. And then proceeded to open up my Dunkin’ Donuts app and to place an order however it did not give me the option it. The screen cap generating verifying that this location is unavailable for mobile orders, I tried several times to see if it was just my cell phone or lack of network connection from my cell phone. But it was saying the same thing and I asked a young lady behind the counter and had glasses on I believe she had maybe a dark green/dark black color like a hombre color hair. I asked her if she knew that the mobile app for this location was not working and there wasn’t an option to place an order in a cup redirecting me back to the same page. She said no she didn’t know that and I asked her what I wanted to place an order how can I do that if your mobile app is not working? Dunkin’ Donuts server and then told me I would need to wait in line in the drive-through if it’s not working so I understand that she was stressed due to the amount of orders they were receiving and it did look like they were short staffed but I just did not like her tone but I just started walking away from the counter when another woman that was not my skin tone verify the same thing that the mobile app is not working and she need to place an order, the server then asked her what do you need to order?
I immediately turned around and asked you’re going to serve this lady that just came in and didn’t ask me that option if I needed to order or what I needed to order? I said it in a very calm way and the server began to tell me that I don’t need to be irate? Even the other customer beside me made a comment of she’s not being irate she’s asking you a question. I saw where this was going and I did not want to take the bait I told her that I am not doing any more service at this location and I will definitely let all of my colleagues know how I was treated. It’s clear that the team is running more efficiently and professionally than ever before. They know my order by heart, and they even remember my daughter’s favorite, which adds a personal touch that makes our mornings feel special.
No matter how hectic the morning rush gets, the staff remains friendly and kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere that really brightens my day. I appreciate how they handle the chaos with grace, always making sure to greet every customer with a smile.
I also often stop by in the evenings for a quick coffee and something sweet after a long day. While the evening team is sometimes hit or miss—occasionally distracted by their phones—there are moments when they’re just as wonderful as the morning crew. Despite the inconsistencies, I keep coming back because the overall experience and the quality of service are worth it.

Customer service was friendly and helpful 😁 but slow at dinner at the drive thru. Giving a 5 for at least being pleasant but closer to 4.5.
Donut was small and hardly any cream. Did we start making donuts a lot smaller in the pandemic? 🤔 I don't eat a lot of donuts. Sandwich was good. Latte wasn't very hot. 4.25 for food. The Dunkin closer to where I live on route 7 and King is better (but has bad reviews too?) Maybe dinner service just isn't great.
Only reason I am taking off a star for atmosphere is because inside my door was really wet from the rain 🌧️ at the drive thru. I think other stores have better coverings over top the car. I think other Dunkins are the same though.
May try again in the future at breakfast time to see if it's better/faster. Your mileage may vary....
