I witnessed an employee snapping at another employee for "yelling" and how that wasn't appropriate as "assistant manager" .... But the employee doing the telling off was way WAY louder than the one being scolded was originallyâand it was not a professional reprimanding. It was inappropriate, and frankly I'd encourage anyone that is talked to that way to quit their job. Employees are also people, and even if they make mistakes they should be treated with basic human decency. Please encourage your employees to treat their fellow employees with the respect that they'd want to be treated withâand probably not "discipline" employees in front of clients...

I arrived and the floor was mopped, everything was sparkling and there were no donuts on the shelves. The employees showed little care when "replacing" my drinks. In reality, the boy just kept adding stuff to the same cups. This is the main reason I go to Starbucks.
