Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I love the manager there and a few of the guys can make my coffee right but however since they've moved the tables are always dirty it seems a lot more smaller just doesn't feel the same I don't I hear any more because the guy was not clean took the trash out then came back even made by coffee and served other people donuts without washing his hands not my favorite place so I just don't go in there anymore at least not for the past few monthsStop eating here after the guy that handles the trash insist on making my coffee and he never washes his hands And he'll stand there and dig up his nose and then put people food in the bag I got sick After he made my coffee talked to the General manager and never heard back from him again so it's better for me to be safe and never go back there the morning shift in there is wonderful except when that guy is on that shift .new staff now got cold coffee when I order hot coffee 2months ago I DON'T GO...

The food and drink where on point. Made perfect. However, the 3 stars are for the fact that I ordered on the app and chose curb side pick-up (no drive-through at this location) I pulled in and sent my order in on the app. I watched 5 people walk into the store and walk out with food. I know these weren't app orders because I could see through the window where app orders are picked up, and watch one of the five take an order from there, while the others were inside for a few minutes before coming out. After the fifth person came out with food, I decided to not be lazy anymore, and go in and ask where my food was. As I got to the door the staff brought it out. It looked like at the last minute they grabbed it from the pick-up area because they reaiize that was me outside waiting for my food and coming in hot. I use to like to go to this Dunkin location unfortunately I will no longer go there I went there yesterday 02/29/2024 to get breakfast and after I received my order I opened my avocado toast and there was a grey hair in it so I took it back to the store I pointed it out to the lady and she immediately started apologizing to me so the man in the back making food remade my order and came out with the new avocado toast and the other toast that had a hair on it and asked me to point out the hair that was on it and of course it's no longer there after me and the ladies at the front seen it and he had the nerve to ask me if I planted a hair there for one I have very long hair that is dark for 2 how rude and disgusting to ask someone that after I came in very calm and just wanted a new order without hair it was clearly his hair he is an older man with grey hair they definitely lost a...
