Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

This place has its moments, depending on who's working there you can get a proper order made and given to you in a timely manner. Otherwise, you're standing around waiting for someone to do their job because there's no communication and lazy workers. There are numerous times where the employees do not wash their hands properly, do not clean their kitchen utensils properly, or their stations properly. I have seen one employee drop the ice scoop on the floor and toss it back into the ice bin. I have also seen same employee drop food onto the floor and throw it back into the drawers where the food is stored. I've seen multiple employees touch food with their bare hands. The coffees are fine as long as YOU know how to make your drink. This location also brings in many rude and arrogant customers. They are very combative, dismissive, or downright rude if the employees try to help them. The donut racks are always disorganized depending on who is working. I could go on. I would really like to give this place a higher rating but the lack of organization, rude customers, and disregard for sanitation is...

On the morning of 10/3/2024, I went to Dunkin’ Donuts (receipt time stamped at 7:36 AM). I had a simple question about a blueberry bagel and brown sugar cold foam, only to be told those items weren’t available. I ended up ordering a small cold foam, five munchkins, and a bagel for my girlfriend.

When I got to the window, I could clearly hear the person who took my order openly mocking my question and laughing with another employee. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking. I asked the person handing me my order what they were laughing at, and they froze, visibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they didn’t even give me the coffee I ordered. I had to park, get out of my car, and go inside to get it myself.

Once inside, the person with the headset just pointed at my coffee and said, “THERE.” No apology, no effort to fix their mistake—just complete rudeness.

I am furious. I choose Dunkin’ over other coffee options in the area, but after this humiliating and disrespectful experience, I’m seriously questioning that decision. This was beyond...

I frequent the Dunkin on Lakeside and the one in Reisterstown... was looking forward to this one as I watched it being built. Figured the location would be ideal with my work commute.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Went in the first weekend it opened and felt like no one cared about the 2 customers in the store. The employees and who I presume was a manager or higher up getting the place going were to involved in their soccer talk and about who was better than who at it. Figured maybe it was just growing pains and didnt want to over think it too much.

Second chance... Thursday evening... stop in at 8:45PM (they closed at 9PM). There was another customer outside with me and the doors were locked. The employee inside didn't care one bit that we were there and that it was still before the posted close time. When we pointed to the hours posted on the door and that it was still well before this time he just shrugged his shoulders further confirming he didn't care.

Ill stick to my Lakeside location where the employees are friendly,...
