I recently went to this Dunkin, which is not my normal Dunkin but was on my way somewhere. When I pulled up to the speaker no one said anything over the speaker but the sign said welcome back (my name) your order is ready please pull to the window, so I pulled forward. When I arrived at the window I told the lady there I had a mobile order and my name and she went to get it. The order was obviously ready as she just grabbed it and came back. Then a man came over and started yelling at me and said I need to say I have a mobile order at the speaker I said “oh okay the screen” and he cut me off and continued to yell at me and said “yeah yeah yeah the screen said you need to say something. This was very upsetting to me as I didn’t know and was willing to do that next time but when I tried to explain to the man he cut me off and continued yelling at me for no reason. I asked to add a coffee to my order and he made a face (he was not thrilled at my request) then he scanned my card, handed me my bagel and closed the door. I thought I was just waiting for the coffee to be made, but he came back and asked why I was still there? I told him I was waiting on my additional order, small coffee. He literally argued with me that THAT was not my order, just a bagel... and that there was a long line... and i did not order ... and next time to put in full order at speaker... etc... and he was shaking his head in disgust. Read moreHonestly probably the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I'm giving it two stars because the service was fast. But that's the only good thing out of my entire experience. When ordering, I used my app to pay at the drive thru window. I know I had more than enough money on my app to pay, but the lady trying to scan my app said that I had insufficient funds. But when refreshing the app over and over, my balance remained the same. But I listened to her anyway and refilled my balance quickly and let her scan again. She then gave me my drink and I drove off. My drink was a little over $3.00. My balance after I refilled it was over $14.00. So tell me why my balance is now $8.00? The math is incorrect which means she overcharged me. Super annoying!!! And to top it all off, my drink was poor and made wrong. Never coming back...
