If only you could give less than one star. No where on the menu does it mention gratuity for a bill over $50, that the drinks are not free refills, the price of the what was supposed to be a lemonade nor did they specify they did not have lemonade, it did not mention for what was supposed to be crema was charged as a side. I started to cook in the house but ultimately decided to take my boyfriend out for his bday. It was several inklings to leave but working in the same industry I stayed. The food was below sub par;no queso for the chips, crema was water, my meal mentioned Spanish rice but had no spices and seemed more like jasmine rice on top of that mushy, 3 shrimp cooked to high hell, my daughter didn’t like her meal but could not swap it, lemonade was actually a 7$ limeade. The bartender was not a bartender; the menu had several drinks but she could only make one or single mixed drinks, my boyfriend ordered his drink 3xs and it finally arrived with a severe crack in the glass after it sat between two customers and we had to go back and forth to just get another glass after being told that was the only glass. However, after all of that the kicker for me..after I paid my bill I mentioned I was not going to sign and how I did not enjoy anything and I was not given anything further than my bill…they thought it would be lawful to hold my card. I have worked in several restaurants and you can’t force anyone to sign let alone hold their card if they don’t. The law was called and they had to give me my card back but the entire ordeal was nothing that I ever...

-Context: 2 of us arrived at this location around 6 pm on a Monday. As soon as we went in, we realized all the lights were off without any customers and even asked if it was open, a lady behind the bar said, "Yes, grab a seat and we will be right with you." It was so dark inside that we literally couldn't see that well. The only lights inside were the neon led signs and the tv. They took their time coming to us, I normally don't mind at all, but it was simply not the vibe. This app suggests it's mexican food, but it's not authentic mexican food. (It is clear at the entrance that it's not just a Mexican restaurant.) A perfect example is that I ordered a Chorizo Torta, but it wasn't chorizo. It was Italian sausage. I am going to say it was definitely a delicious torta. The flavor was not what I expected at all, but it was definitely delicious. The fries are also bomb. We ended up asking for containers to take the food out because, again, we couldn't see that well. I think if you just want to try something different to eat, check it out, but take into consideration...

No integrity, can’t be trusted. I ordered from UberEats and the driver waited for over 30mins after they told her the food was ready to be bagged. I called and they confirmed that the food was ready for “the longest” and that the driver never came back. My UberEats driver went back in the restaurant and put me on speaker phone while asking them why they would lie to the customer (me) about the food being ready and I heard them tell the UberEats driver that they never spoke to me and “never answered the phone”. Hearing them flat out lie to the UberEats driver about speaking to me after I spoke to 2 people just a few minutes prior, confirmed that they would lie to me about the timing of the food and the driver being present to pick it up. They then locked the door saying they were closed without giving the UberEats driver my order. They can not be trusted, no integrity. Will never order food...
