I didn't have problems with the food. I had problems with the drive-thru. It's not the first time has happened quite a few times at this particular Taco Bell. People get in the drive-thru and they don't know what they want and they sit there and block up the drive-thru. I was there on Tuesday I placed the mobile order I was on my way home I had gone to the store and bought some frozen food I had gone to another place to buy food for somebody else that was hot. There was only one person in front of me at the drive-thru and they were there for over 10 minutes. It turns out they couldn't decide what they wanted and when I figured that out and I got out of the car to talk to someone in the Taco Bell the woman starts yelling and screaming at me and telling me that if I didn't like waiting I should eat at home? If she didn't know what she wanted she should have stayed home and I blocked up the line! When I got home the hot food was cold! When I went to put it in the oven I fell down and hurt myself. I have issues with walking. When I went back again today I was trying to buy something new using the mobile order because in the past they ha e this thing called check in where you get a code but if you've already placed the order then how can you add something to your order if you don't know what it is that they're offering you and whether you want it or not so this time when I was there I was trying to figure out what to get and there was two cars behind me and they start telling me I'm blocking up the line and I have to get out of the line? It turns out I couldn't place a mobile order because the system was down. The manager came out and I told him that they need to tell people to get out of the line or like McDonald's does bring the food out. Read moreI've visited this location at least once before. Although it's not in an area I often visit. But I came here because it was the closest spot open late. Service was fine, servings were a bit larger than usual; although the proportions of ingredients was off. (While the protein serving was larger, the the other ingredients were not so nothing tasted right) And the prices are significantly higher than any other store in the area!
I always ask for tons of extra got sauce packets and they never give me enough. I'm lucky to get 2 per item... I like to use between 3 & 8 packets per item, depending on the item. It feels like I have beg & fight to get anything more than 2 per item. And it's almost always done begrudgingly and with some attitude. It doesn't bother me, it's just so unnecessary & unprofessional, not to mention inhospitable! Sometimes they get downright rude or argumentative; or even refuse by shutting the window & ignoring me. The amount of extra effort involved with giving me more hot sauce is so negligible that anyone who brings it up is far to lazy to even have a job at all!
This issue is one of the most frustrating things about Taco Bell during the pandemic! I don't understand why this is even "a thing"! It's not as if the employees' pay is in any manner reduced by giving me as many sauce packets as I want! This kind of thing all evens out in the end. Read moreI went to Maryland to take care of my sister’s kids and place and order with the zip code 20785 , my order was sent all the way to 44855 Lakeview Overlook Plaza, Ashburn, Virginia 20147 AN HOUR A WAY, the manager told me i have to call that store to cancel the order , i called the store and they told me i had to call customer service , I asked for the number and they told me they don’t know the phone number, already 8:40 pm and 3 kids hungry, customer service CLOSE. I had to place a new order at that location. I know i should’ve review the order before place it but I’m not from this area don’t know zip codes or names , i just trusted the website that would choose the closes location with the zip code, didn’t happened!
