Gourmet Coffee & Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

The pizza here use to be good but now the taste has declined. The pizza lacks flavor and crust is bland. The fried vegetables are horrible. The batter is too thick and unseasoned.

Also, the customer service is unacceptable, especially with the teenage servers. If they cannot be professional and hospitable with the customers, they should not be serving them.

Very disappointed with the service and will probably not purchase...

Sauce was way too sweet and it tasted like school cafeteria pizza. The amount of grease on the pizza was excessive. Everyone felt like they had eaten 5 slices (after eating just 1 or 2) because the 'heavy' grease, toppings, etc. just made us feel overwhelmed. We ended up throwing the remaining slices away because no one was eating leftover bad pizza.

The pizza is always delicious and the staff is very friendly. It is a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. The ingredients are fresh and everything...
