Green Pizzeria — Restaurant in Maryland

Since Green's opened, my family and I have been loyal customers. However, with time we noticed that the quality of the food we ordered was getting progressively less satisfying. Then today we made our final order; the pizza was not fully cooked and simply tasted awful as well as the "chicken" momo (still questioning if the meat inside was actually chicken). My mother gave them a call, and cordially let them know that compared to their typically good food, this order was not good at all. The man on the phone was not only extremely rude, but made no attempt to offer any kind of discount or anything. Great food. Rude employees. The call I received regarding an Door Dash order that I paid a good amount for was unwelcoming. The person I spoke with had a nonchalant attitude. After confirming my order with the person I spoke with, she laughed and only said bye and hung up. I called back to speak with a manager and told the manager about my interaction and she had the same nonchalant attitude. The female managers "I'm sorry" didn't seem genuine at all.
