Lucky Express II — Restaurant in Maryland

Ordered on line but got a call back from them that they no longer make an item from the menu ( Moo Shoo Chicken) and would I like to choose something else. Well, I had already closed the menu on my phone so I asked for suggestions. I wound up with an item I had already ordered (Beef and Broccoli) but a complete dinner portion with egg roll. I got there on time but order was not ready so I sat down and waited about 10 minutes and that was fine. I wanted the food hot. I ordered almost $70.00 worth of food to be able to sample different items and would have the left overs for the next day. Mind you , this was only for two people and my partner only eats chicken or shrimp fried rice which was one of the items I ordered. Without looking and checking the bag, I always ask if everything was in there and the answer was yes. Well, I get home with these two bags and one item was completely missing from the order, the fried rice!

As for ALL and I mean ALL the other items were NOT edible. Everything was over cooked and the thing I ordered twice, you could not even chew through the beef. Never, never again will I be taken like that. I would not trust them to even remake whatever, it was so bad . I’ve been eating Chinese for more than 70 years now all over the U.S. and the world but, never was it ever this bad right here at home. A one star rating is too good for the quality they offer. My 22year old daughter told me how good the food is here so I decided to check it out and it was good and they were friendly. I go back like a month later and it’s not as good but still good. I ordered sesame chicken and fried chicken wings. I found they make cheesesteak egg rolls!!!! They were very good! I ordered some for my sister and mother they liked them a lot too. So today my sister goes and orders her and her two kids of the cheesesteak egg rolls, some shrimp eggs rolls, bourbon chicken, lo mein noodles, friend wings fries. Ok so she gets home and they gave her the wrong egg rolls no cheesesteak egg rolls, the lo menu had hair in it and another dish she had gotten to the middle of and a strain of hair in it.’ She calls me to tell me about it. I tell her to take it back and get your money back. I stay on the phone with her when she goes in to tell what happened and to give the food back and request for a refund. They were very rude to her saying that’s her hair because they have strong straight hair! We are black. They said that they aren’t giving her a refund. My sister was trying to get a refund on what wasn’t eaten and what had hair in it. They finally gave her 18 of the 30 she spent after going back and forth. Never will we go...

This was the worst food we've ever had the displeasure of eating. We spent well over $100, only to end up tossing it in the trash, which is very disappointing. Our son was up in the middle of the night sick, I've been sick to my stomach, and my mother in law as well. I'm not sure what this is, but it's not Chinese food.

The sweet n sour was bright orange and so hard even the red watered down sauce couldn't soften it. The pork fried rice should have been renamed fat fried rice because there was no pork, just pieces of fat mixed with the rice. The sesame chicken was so bad our dog refused a piece of it. The chicken chow mein was a white soup with pieces of celery and onions, I don't even know wth else was in it. Just awful, everything was so bad.

The staff are very nice and even brought to our home the sweet n sour chicken they forgot to give my husband, but no amount of kindness or friendliness can overlook how awful this food is. Please don't waste your money....
