Han's Cafe - Tsam — Restaurant in Maryland

Do not eat here. Despite the numerous negative reviews, we attempted to support this establishment. Upon entering, one cannot help noticing the filthy condition everywhere; (ie: dust and grease on all surfaces). My daughter and I ordered the typical breakfast fare: omelette with home fries, scrambled eggs and waffles. My daughter's omelette was served raw inside with watery tomatoes and large pieces of onions. My waffle was cold. I took the paper plates to the side and motioned to the Korean cook. He looked at me and said, "What? I'm busy!". He eventually walked four steps towards me and I showed him the omelette and waffles, asking for a redo. He took them, and I walked back to my dirty seat. After waiting some time, I walked back and asked if he was going to redo the order. His reply, "No. I can't lose money.". Certain Asian people come here with obvious hatred and disrespect for American people, despite profiting from our patronage. I fault those who allow themselves to be disrespected and still spend...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I did a pickup order, and sent someone to get the food. Upon it arriving to me, I noticed that two items were missing. I called to tell them this, and the "Manager" hung up on me. I called back to confront him and make him aware that I simply wanted my bagel and my other order of bacon, which they forgot. He hung up on me again. I had ordered from this place numerous times, but being treated like that from management and ownership is NOT WORTH IT. There are many other breakfast places in town, and if you value yourself as a consumer, I would recommend staying away from this place. I will also be informing EVERYONE at my place of business of what happened, and I will ALWAYS recommend that they NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. When I say the ghetto!!!! First off they are pre-making this food 🤮NOTHING you get is fresh we called and asked for a thin pan cake and they said they couldn’t because they were already made 🙄 ok Mc Donald’s . First time customer I called in an order I came inside the line is a bit long I go to the front to ask if they have a pick up area for my called in order (cause why would I wait in a long line for food I called ahead for ?), the cashiers are looked at me strange, nobody answered if they had a pick up area “goofy 1”pointed to “goofy 2” so I stood in the line.
