Writing this as a customer who didn't even have the opportunity to share a dessert with my children this evening. Well aware of the closing time I grabbed my children and skedaddled to the shop. As I'm literally touching the handle the young lady Kasey decides to run from behind the counter and I literally mean RAN to lock the doors before I could even open the door. Opening the door to let me know "ma'am we are closing" would've sufficed. Then to watch them laughing as we drove by really did it for me. As a manager myself of retail I would NEVER condone what happened this evening. I even called to let her know just how rude that was and she denied even seeing me AT THE DOOR. However, the quantity we got for the money this time was dodgy: my 4 year-old got more in his kid's cone than I got in mine. And my senior mom couldn't get the senior discount here in Salisbury, as she does when she goes to the other locations. That should be consistent across locations, especially when that discount can make or break our ability to afford this place...the prices having gone up exponentially in recent years. Food for...
