We went there for my daughter's birthday dinner per her choice. We were a party of 17 between 2 tables. We were greeted and welcomed very kindly in the beginning. We were told that we would have a couple of servers assisting us. I was asked personally if it would be 1 check. I said "no". Never were we offered or told that we had to do 1 check or that we had the option to order and pay through the QR code. This was our 1st time going there. The food was just ok and not exactly what we expected. The regular non-alcoholic drinks were overpriced and no refills. The servers kept forgetting things asked for and bringing us dishes that we didn't ask for. I didn't like that the waitress put her hands on our naked straws then put them into our drinks. At the end it was a mess. They refused to break up the bill. They sent 1 large bill and said there was nothing they could do about it. The 1 waitress that said she could break it up walked away saying that would be too much work..and never came back. I asked to speak with the owner and she said that she couldn't do anything about it...and then said...."well the good thing about it is that you are all family, you could just venmo or zelle." No, wrong answer. You could have provided better customer service if you wanted to. Since it was my daughter's birthday I didn't want to cause a scene. The bill was paid of course...and they didn't even try to assist in breaking it down...but they had the nerve to give themselves a fat 20% tip that they didn't deserve based on our experience. We never mind tipping well when the food and customer service is great...but in this case they didnt deserve that much of a tip. Tip for them: Next time inform customers of how the bill has to be paid up front and let them decide if that's what they want to do. The waitresses were told multiple times that there were going to be separate checks. If we sat at different tables there would have been separate bills...so it can be done. Remember...Great "Customer" Service...
Read moreThe parking lot is L-shaped and shared with a few other businesses in the area, so you'll find more spots on the side rather than in front of the restaurant. Also, there are no handicap spots in front, or at least not near the door, not their fault, just an inconvenience. There are two areas to eat in; a small dinning room and the bar area with high-tops. When ordering food I would suggest first looking at the menu you get from the server but also check out the hidden menu on the website. There are additional options online. The food is great! Seriously, I went out of my way to order a bunch of items of the menu and I haven't found anything that isn't good. SUPER salty pretzels and amazing wings, the pizza is crispy, the side of fries is small for the price. The beer however...well everyone has their own taste. I'm sure whatever you enjoy you'll find it here, there are 20 beers on tap plus cocktails. I want to point out the decorations and little pictures on the wall are unique, doors on the ceiling!? The bathrooms are clean, which is a big plus! The service is friendly and the food came out...
Read moreThis place sucked. My roomates and I decided to go here on a Friday night and it was dead. We recently turned 21, and they refused to accept our vertical IDs. While I understand some places around here do not accept vertical IDs, my one roomate has a horizontal ID that is 100% real. It was not only horizontal but had the star proving it was a real ID. The server took her ID and told us it was fake. After our roommate told her this is real ID and you can call the police she proceeded to bend the ID in her face. We caused no issues we simply said fine we will go somewhere else. She then checked myself and my others roomates IDs again after we said they were vertical. We then asked her to scan our IDs in which she told us she couldn’t without a manager. I’m just confused on how you can tell someone there ID is fake and then not scam it while also being completely wrong. It’s fine though they were out of stock of most food and the drinks were...
