Puebla Mexican grill — Restaurant in Maryland

I was so excited to try this restaurant. Only to be severely disappointed. Initially, my group got two orders of the birria/barbacoa tacos and an order of the steak nachos. The nachos were extremely dry with just shredded cheese, melted on top all in one glob, with Steak and jalapeños sporadically scattered across it and half of the cheese was melted to the foil. The Birria tacos were all fat on the other two orders. We went to explain it to the lady working behind the counter, and she argued with us that the tacos were all meat, but we were literally pulling chunks of rubbery fat off the plates in front of her. They do not have a traditional restaurant style salsa for the nachos so we could try and make them less dry, we simply asked for an exchange and she gave us a hard time refused to exchange the nachos My friend exchanged her tacos for chicken and they agreed to give her an extra taco because she paid two dollars more for the initial order and they charged me a dollar extra because I exchanged for quesadilla which was $.99 more than what I initially paid. Then while waiting, I asked if they could at least reheat the nachos because they got cold while we were waiting, but they just left them sitting in the order up window with people reaching over them and grabbing stuff and then passing stuff to people over my food. When the rest of our order came back up, they did not include my friends extra taco nor did they have cheese on them like the last tacos. In fact when she asked for them, they wanted to charge her extra. I would never eat at this establishment again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The only thing I can say is that if you have to eat here the steak quesadilla isn’t bad but you might want to bring your own salsa. The nachos would not have been so horrible had they have not been dry. Also the only reason that the atmosphere gets four stars is because it’s connected to the hoppers taphouse. This was the second time I have went there. The first time it was AMAZING. The portions were HUGE and all the side dips were amazing. The second time.... not so good. I asked for extra sauce. When I went to pick up I asked if the had put it in there she stated yes with an attitude. I got to my car she did not. The place is nice and super fast after you order but the food has no flavor what so ever. I don't even think there's salt put into any of these items. The birria tacos were so dry and the consome was just warm water pretty much with a bit of broth...
