Love love ledos! My family and I eat there all the time. My kids love it. But I feel the need to share my almost hilarious visit tonight!!!

We ordered dinners (entrees) and before I could ask for a side salad server practically ran from the table I sat w the menu open dumb founded. So my dad calls her back over to ask for a house salad. Was literally running off never asked about dressing. Had to tell her as she was walking away. And Seeing that I just ordered an entree imagine my surprise when a huge salad full of meats and cheeses comes out. 🤦‍♀️ As a server I probably would’ve asked if I meant a small garden salad. Minutes later my dads “house” salad comes out after I got my new corrected garden salad. I could only laugh because it’s clear that zero thought is going into our table. Corrected that. Neither of us wanted a huge $10 salad with our $10 entrees lol. No refills on coffee. None even offered. No time spent at the table to even ask. Everything we got was literally set down and an immediate turn around and walk away. Having to keep calling someone over to ask for things was really aggravating. Just ask the question....”is there anything else I can get for you?” It’s like there was a bungee attached.... Drop and pulled back to the kitchen. The final blow was I needed cheesecake for my daughters and the bill came and before I could ask for dessert she was gone again. While in conversation with my dad she slid by grabbed money and ran again!! When she dropped the change she was turned ready to run AGAIN when my dad stopped her. Ordered a cheesecake TOGO. It came on a plate.again dropped and....had to grab her before the sprint and ask for a box Yes I’m exhausted thinking about all the sprints this girl took when all she had to do was ask “is there anything else to...

Service definitely needs improvement. Server walked by our table several times and noted “I will be right with you”. Restaurant had plenty of open tables for a Friday night, 2 servers working. Server continued to chat with co-worker, walk past our table unnoticed etc … In the meantime, another table sat after us received their appetizer and pizza before our dinner arrived. Finally after approximately 10 minutes, server arrives at the table. We gave entire order since we didn’t know how long it would take for her return. Approximately 20 minutes later my husbands dinner arrives, my dinner did not. The server did come by 1 time during this wait period to say the pizza would be out shortly- 20 minutes later still no pizza. During the wait period, the server cleaned a table behind us and was overheard saying she was on break at 6:30. Given that is was 6:35 and she was no where to be found, I went to the front and asked to speak with the manager. The manager apologized and said my pizza would be out in 1 minute. I told her cancel the order, my husband had finished his meal and we would just request the check. Server still not on the floor. Finally server appeared with check and pizza. We have frequented this establishment almost weekly in the past 2 years. Service over the last 6-8 months has really changed. Plan on a long wait for service and food if you plan to eat here. We are taking a break in hopes that service...

Went in for the fundraising night for OLSS. Waited a solid 15 minutes after being seated to go find the waitress and request drinks. We were 1 of 4 occupied tables.. Ordered and waited 20 minutes only to get the wrong food. As they were fixing it I requested it to go as my kids had finished eating. When it came we paid and prepared to leave. I double checked my box of food....wrong again. Brought it to the managers attention and basically got a blank stare, no suggestions for making it right. Requested my money back. I received the menu amount back and realized after walking out and my petty butt went back in for the tax. It was still wrong, I just gave up. I was annoyed I had tipped the waitress on food I never recieved and that she did not have the inclination to confirm it was right before handing it to me the second time. Just done with...
