Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Horrific experience and complete waste of my time. Tried this location out for the first time and will definitely be passing them up for Waldorf or Charlotte Hall going forward. I placed dine-in order waited over 30 minutes no food at table, however noticed everyone around me who came in before & after was receiving their food. Next thing I know young lady came to me and said hi there was a mixup and we’re making your order now. My reaction I said ok that’s it, you messed my order up and I’m just expected to wait another 30 minutes - she only said yes then walked away. I grabbed my son went straight to the counter and requested a refund, not to mention they act like they were mad at me like I did something wrong giving attitude. If you are use to a normal smooth friendly customer service experience, then I wouldn’t recommend that...

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this location. I order from Ledos at least once or twice a week and every single time I order from this place my order is ALWAYS wrong. I've had to bring things back so many times for them to correct it. After getting another incorrect order and not wanting to drive back to the store I called and spoke to a manager, jaylyn. He was so rude and told me he could not issue a refund or store credit unless I brought my food back. I told him that was unacceptable and to have the general manager call me. He said he would have Kelly give me a call and that was over a week ago. I've given this place so many chances because they are so close to my house and it's convenient but I would rather drive the extra distance to the Ledos in Festival...

The cashier wasn't welcoming or friendly. She also seemed to become impatient with me. I waited 40 minutes for my food (2 pizza and 2 slices of cake) in the dining room. I thought someone would notify me that my order was ready especially since they brought food to other waiting customers. I went to the counter to check my food and needless to say, it was ready. I wasted so much time there. I could've checked on the food but also I'm sitting in their restaurant wondering without food or drink, why didn't anyone check on me. I spoke to the manager and i appreciate him listening to me voice my displeasure. I hope that doesn't happen again. The pizza and cake were good and I did...
