TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I'm new to the area and read a few reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I called a spoke to some guy and tried to order a calzone. He didn't speak english very well, so the order took a while, which was okay. He got confused, so I decided to just order a simple cheese pizza instead with extra sauce.

So when I received my pizza it didn't have extra sauce on it. I called the establishment and spoke with the same individual. I told him the issue (there was no extra sauce) and he told me there was. I told him there wasn't. Then he told me there was. We went back and forth for about 15 minutes.

He told me that there was nothing he could do because the driver left. That makes no sense!!! I said well there has to be something that you can do and he did there wasn't. So I asked for someone to deliver me sauce cups. He argued with me about that. I asked what happened to good customer service and he said that I got what I ordered, even though I told him I was looking right at my pizza!

Then he finally agreed to give me one 6 once sauce cup. I asked him for two, that way I can have extra sauce for my pizza like I asked for. He went off again saying that my pizza already had extra sauce. He was indignant, like he was doing me some kind of favor! At the end, he acquiesced and said he would send two sauce cups and hung up on me.

Honestly, I was shocked with how adamant he was about some freaking sauce! It is clear to me that customer service isn't important at all, they just want your money and provide crap service.

I will never eat here again and would NEVER recommend anyone to patronize this establishment because if you do, you'll surely get some angry person on the phone. And if your order is wrong, you'll have to argue for like 20 minutes to get them to do something, if anything. It's pathetic. What a...

I really wanted to like this place a lot. However, there are a few issues. The person who answered the phone was unable to answer basic questions without asking someone, though he was polite. In the inconspicuous shop, I was not even greeted for a few minutes before i was coldly rung up for my purchase. The others in the back seemed nice as they smiled and nodded, but not the gentleman at the register. The pizza... was mediocre at best. The crust is good so that is a great start and the entire pizza looked delicious. However, the sauce simply does not compliment the cheese and bread. Not sure how to fix it but some experimentation could help there with either the cheese or the sauce itself. Also, after our phone conversation about enough sauce, I was surprised to find parts of the pizza had literally no sauce on it at all! I am not quite sure that I will be ordering...

We were staying at a local hotel and after our daughter's cheer competition we were hungry so we wanted something delivered. Did a little search and Mama Mia popped up, gave them a call spoke to someone who sounded like they were straight off the boat from Italy, which is a good sign told us they only do deliveries through apps. Their websites stated that they preferred you to use the slice app. Downloaded and ordered a cheese pizza, cheeseburger pizza, and some jalapeno poppers. Pizza is pretty good, kind of a thin crust. Lots of cheese on top definitely was chewy with the amount of geez it had. The jalapeno poppers were kicking, though! Even having it delivered, they were still nice and hot and crisp, not soggy they were very tasty. Delivery was pretty easy we were up in room 810 the delivery guy got straight here was super nice.
