They are overpriced, but I expect that from a local place. Their breakfast, lunch are average, at best. The reason I decided to never shop there was that they sold me moldy cheese, and then had the nerve not to refund my purchase.

Context: I went to buy cheese to make myself lunch. I get home and then find out the cheese it's moldy. I'm busy - I can't run back to the store to return it. My lunch was ruined, I threw away the cheese and got back to work. I did take photos of their moldy cheese, and told myself I would go let them know - mostly out of principle. I did that and expected cooperation, but instead they said they couldn't do anything to help me because I hadn't kept the moldy cheese and returned the package. It's $7. They lost a customer for life, which I told them but they did not care. I expect more from my local store - all other stores in this strip mall are great, but this one has absolutely terrible...

This vibes here NEVER fail to bring me peace and comfort. I come here honestly as much as I can when I have the time and money. The ladies who prepare the food are extremely kind and attentive to their costumers. All costumers. New, old. It doesn’t make a difference. Since nobody is perfect and that’s the case for everyone everywhere, they are quick to make up for any mistakes which is a very rare occurrence by the way. I love the way I’m treated here not only as a constant costumer, but also as a human who goes through different things in life. I will never forget coming in very upset one day and the ladies there checked in on us to see if there was anything they could do. And they made it so much easier for me mentally that day. I love it here. I love the food sooo much! But it’s the people that truly keep me biking back...
