Recently (6/2023) stopped at the drive-through at this McDonald's location. Been going here on/off (infrequently) for several yrs with no issues and ok service until recently. Drive through line was longer than usual likely due to power washing they were conducting in the parking lot. Took ~35min to get to the window to place my order (drive thru speaker was not operational). The young lady that took my order was short and dismissive, especially after i asked for no cheese on the cheeseburgers i ordered. She must have not known how to ring that up, bc she asked another equally apathetic young man to take over to ring that up. All looked well on the receipt, b/ when i got the order, all burgers had cheese on them. Walked inside w/ the receipt to see if they can correct my order and a non-friendly middle age woman who appeared to be the manager (as the rest of the staff was much younger) looked at the receipt that clearly indicated "no cheese" and the sandwiches in my hand w/ cheese and glared at me cross as if i had horns coming out of my head. She took both the receipt and the bag without even a word or a mention of any corrective action, very poor communication and regard for the customer. 7 min later, she finally came back with the error corrected, but did not offer any apology for the wait or any free item off the $1 menu when requested. Keep in mind i had just been there almost an hour for a simple order. She also didnt hand me back the receipt. However, she did respond by trying to gas light me by saying the young lady that originally took my order claimed that i, in her eloquent words"...had actually ordered double cheese instead and it wasnt their mistake." Maybe it was a simple language barrier, but she had seen it clearly written on the receipt as "no cheese." This McDonald's location has clearly fallen off in customer service and its sad commentary when someone elevated to the position of manager demonsrtates this type of unprofessional behavior. She is supposed to be the best of the staff and elevate those under her to do better, but clearly this is not the case here. They just lost a long time customer, i will not be going back there if conditions are...
Read moreGet breakfast here most week days but not anymore. Get the same thing daily: sausage biscuit with cheese, no egg. Today I was charged appropriately for my order in the drive thru, the receipt was correct and being the only customer in line at the drive thru or even in the store no one else was in line. Received biscuit with cheese and egg no sausage. When I came back and parked to go inside and get the order corrected they ignored my actual order and gave me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and it wasn’t even hot. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of space. If the employees at this location can’t handle getting one single order correct twice in a row then something is very wrong with the management. Even while the employee was yelling to her coworkers to get them to remake the order she ignored my request several times when I stated it was sausage and cheese only no egg. Next time this happens I will definitely be throwing that egg back into the kitchen where it should have stayed and the cold biscuit can get stomped into the floor because that’s equivalent to the level of respect I felt I received from the employees throughout the entire interaction.
Adding in from another visit where I specified I have an allergy to mayonnaise, I requested the sandwich plain with NO mayonnaise as I am allergic. I was still given a regular McChicken with lettuce and mayonnaise all over the sandwich....
Read moreThis McDonald’s location is about as entirely average as it gets. I think they remodeled it some years ago, but it’s almost impossible to detect that it has been modernized. Ironically, this location is owned and operated by a company named “Bland Management” which is very fitting based on the overall experience. Maybe that’s what they’re going for?
On this particular visit, it seems that my food was ready for quite a while, but even though I was standing right there at the pick up area for mobile orders, they never called my number. I ordered after using the restroom and was actually standing right there in front of the counter when I ordered on my phone so I certainly did not miss them calling my number.
