McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Worst, most pitiful excuse for a McDonald's!!! I've given this location plenty of times to get it right, yet every time ... It's all wrong! Quarter pounders are "supposed" to be "fresh" made to order now, they never are. Dry pieces of whatever meat they might be sometimes so dry you could throw it up against the wall and it would shatter! Old fries, sometimes they dip the already done fries back in the oil to heat them up .. And the absolute WORST customer service ever!!! And don't ever customize something here... "substitute white cheddar cheese" is a foreign language to them, yet it's an option on the computer sitting right in front of them if they just look. Don't want lettuce? Order anyway and just take it off yourself, or you'll more than likely end up with extra lettuce instead! No one seems like they enjoy their job, nor working with people in general. They're ignorant, not friendly in any way, shape or form, they don't know the menu or how to do their job! I will NEVER in my life even attempt to give this place another chance... I'll gladly go the extra few miles to the Dundalk location. They seem to always get everything right and they're always friendly and smiling. . Way better than...

Never get my order right. I always leave the drive through and find I have to go back and go inside the store (which is why I went through the drive through to begin with) to get my missing items. Then they act like your lying to get free food believe me I would not waste my time, engery, not gas to get free food that's garbage. Then I mention I asked for ranch and barbeque sauce for my daughter's nuggets and I only got ranch and honey mustard sauce. I'm told I'm only supposed to get one sauce and have to pay 50 cents per extra sauce. This is told to me by a rude manager non the less. I point out I had to waste my gas coming back to get my order corrected just to be charged extra. I'm told they probably just threw in which ever sauce was handy. I bite my tongue because the last thing I need on top of cold old food is food that's spit in. I ask for 2 coffees with cream and sugar in it. I either get one with half but made or non at all in it. Bathroom is filthy. Staff rude. Omg guess that's why they work at McDonald's then I'm told one total at the speaker and told 7 dollars extra at next window hoping I don't notice so they can pocket some money. This was by a manager as well....

food and still something to eat it ain't nothing good to eat at McDonald's something to put in your stomach and hope you don't throw up McDonald's needs to come back to real life and try to feed people instead of give them a bottle of chemicals when you can put a hamburger in your coat pocket and leave it there for 17 years and it still looks the same after 17 years something wrong me and my dad used to go to West Virginia and of course it was a 5-hour ride and we used to get 10 hamburgers and we won on the way they tasted the same 5 hours later for the first hour they couldn't go bad we were doing that 25 years ago maybe longer hamburgers my father knew to buy Hamburger not cheeseburger the cheese would go bad so we ate burgers all the way to the mountains when you're hungry it's something to put...
