McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Several times I have come to this mc donalds to find a sale sign they wouldn't honor. Today was the last straw - big board out front that says " sausage egg mc muffins $2.00 " and when I place my order they tell me they haven't changed the sign yet but they are no longer on sale. Now, call me crazy, but I always thought that if you advertise something at a certain price, you HAVE to sell it at that price! The last time was with their 2 for 5 deal where they had fillet of fish on the sign but wouldn't sell it because it was a misprint. I talked to the manager about that one and she basically a nasty b#@$% that didn't wanna be bothered. Any calls to corporate led to them trying to throw free coupons at me, while nothing gets done about this particular store. I know, it's mc donalds, and expectations aren't high, but at least honor your deals and respect your customers!... follow up: went to the next closest mc donalds. They honored...

The folks working here are the nicest ever! They are pleasant and usually look as though they enjoy being at work.

Two major problems with this McDonald's...

Service is unbelievably slow. Luckily the employees are nice or I would not be able to tolerate the service moving at a crippled snail's pace.

What's the deal with the two lane drive thru? Get rid of these already. Or put up a green and red light to let the card know when their line can merge into the single line for order payment and pickup. Once a vehicle "breaks" in line, the orders get screwed up. The method used to match the order with the vehicle does not work when an inconsiderate, rude, inattentive driver breaks line, especially when two similar vehicles are involved in the break. Red light/green light could fix this.

This McDonald's definitely could be 5 star. Get faster service and fix the 2 lane drive...

For the past four or more years I've decided to stop at this McDonald's periodically in the mornings, usually around 6 am. The two older women that work the drive through may very well be the most unfriendly people I've ever met in my life. I was polite when I ordered my meal. I pulled around, paid and when I was handed my drink I said, " thank you" ..... They then proceeded to both stare at me in dis belief.like I was an alien from another planet. Handed me the rest of my meal without uttering a word....on top of that the southern style chicken sandwich tasted horrible....not just not good, but horrible.

If anyone from McDonald's corporate actually sees these reviews. Please do something! I mean for God sake there's places out there like chic fil a that pride themselves on friendly coustomer service. This is just an emaberasment to...
