McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

I want the location to pick up an order for someone else. Immediately upon entering the door the location smell like burnt cleaner mixed with some sort of Grease. Several young staff members speaking about how they felt disgusting working there. I had to wait 45 minutes to receive the order 15 minutes into my wait they inform me they just started the meal. The reasoning they just didn't see it. That's coming from the manager. Older female staff member decided to get snarky with me because I was pointing out that they had just renovated. Screaming incoherently about how the order will be done soon. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting trip. Entire Lobby full of customers staring at the employees during the rant about how disgusting it was a good number of them talking about how long it's taking to get food out. I'd recommend avoiding this location at all costs even the food that I received smelled like burnt cleaner and grease I sure hope the customer did...

Super busy. Drive through had a long line, so I opted to go inside. I probably should have stayed in the drive-through line as it was just as busy inside. Very efficient, though. I used the kiosk to order and then sat down and waited. You can see your order number on the in progress board, and then it moves over to done. One problem, when they called my number, they called another at the same time. I had a drink, so there was a cup next to one bag, but there was no cup next to the other. I grabbed the bag with the cup. The other person asked, "How do we know it's ours?" I said I ordered a drink. She looked and noted she had the right order. But what if both of them had a drink or neither had one. Someone else touching your bag or food... just seemed a but unorganized. I had dinner there one night - the food was good. Breakfast the next morning, not as great, mcgriddle pancakes a little...

I love the people through out the day but some of the women at night are just very rude and never say anything nice now I’m not saying all of the women are like this it’s only a couple that just have no manners and are very rude they will say welcome to McDonald’s how can I help you but it’s with the worst attitude I’ve seen in a drive through they will get annpyed if we ask for a couple extra things and they just give me the worst attitude. Isn’t it the customer is always right I deal with customers everyday and I’m always nice and give them anything they need and if I can’t do something for them I apologize and explain why In the nice way ever but these people just have no respect most of the time again it’s only a couple of women that have this attitude with people and I know I’m not the only one...
