McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Most recently, my experiences here have been poorer than usual. The driveway experience is usually fast but the inside counter service is slow and at times inefficient. I have waited over 15 minutes at times for table service that was never delivered. I had to walk to the counter and request my food only to find it sitting in a bag behind the counter. Also, the tables are not kept clean as needed. Lastly, the McRib is highly publicized on TV and at the driveway and in the windows, yet they have not had the sandwich available for at least several days now.

Update Feb 2025 - Why must I ask for my large fries to be filled completely as pictured on the menu. Seemingly, each time I visit this location and order a large fry, they give me a large fry container with a medium fry serving. I have to ask them to fill the fries as pictured on the menu. And even after I ask they still give me a smaller serving size than what's pictured on the menu. During my last visit today, I returned the fries and asked the young man to please fill the fries and he still handed me a partially filled "large" fry. I have asked this about 10 times now and shouldn't have to...smh. I'm beginning to not like this location.

Update : April 11, 2025, this is the worse location to buy French fries. They are so cheap with the servings it's ridiculous. I frequent many locations and this is the absolute worse!!! I do not like this location any longer. They serve small servings in medium and large cartons. You are paying for the cartons size difference but getting the same small size portion of...

I went to the drive thru for fast service. I could barely hear the person taking my order through the horrible intercom system. They took my money and at the next window they asked me to pull forward and wait because the hash browns weren't ready. I watched 8 cars behind me go through and get their food. I saw someone else in a waiting space get their food. Finally, as she was going by my car to help someone else, the same worker who asked me to pull aside and wait asked me if I was waiting for something. I guess they forgot about me even though I was right in front of their window. She said she would be "right, right back" and then she went inside. After watching another 5 cars go by, I went inside. When I asked them what happened to my order, they told me they were waiting on my hash browns. Since I found it hard to believe that over 15 customers behind me got their orders and that none of them ordered hash browns at breakfast time, I called "BS" and asked if they had something else instead so that I could get out of there. This particular McDonalds has screwed up my order every time I've gone there. I will never go there again. If you decide to go there, check your order before you leave... you'll see...

I was ordering a large fry at my local McDonald’s when I noticed somebody arguing with the cashier. Next thing I knew, an all-out brawl erupted. It was ugly. Ketchup packets flew threw the air like hand grenades. A cheeseburger landed at my feet. A man hit the cashier with a tray, and then leapt over the counter, where he ran into the manager. By now my fellow diners were fighting as well. Blood was spilled. Plastic forks stabbed into stomachs. The manager and the unhappy customer brawled on the counter. Suddenly, the manager fell over, a plastic fork stabbed into his chest. Death had come to McDonald’s. Upon seeing the fate of the manager, the rest of the McDonald’s staff joined the fight. The vicious brawl continued. Somehow a fire started in the back room, and the melee continued as the restaurant burned to the ground. The police arrived to find that we the diners had defeated the McDonald’s staff. But at what cost? The restaurant was destroyed. We could no longer have Big Macs.

Ten years on, I have severe PTSD from this incident, and yet McDonald’s refuses to give me compensation. However, no matter how they try to erase this event, I will always remember...
