McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Churchville McDonald’s drive thru was terrible . I went to get something for the kids , because they were starving from sports. as we were first given the wrong drink, we were asked to drive up to the yellow line, waiting for our meals…we were forgotten about. As I watched , in the rear view mirror , 4 cars get their food! 15 min later,I thought we were forgotten about. I finally had to get out of the car and go in. The lady rudely, before I even got my words out …told me they are waiting on fries. 5 min later, still patiently waiting… no meals. Finally when I was given the meals . The fries that were “just made” were cold . But the kids sandwich’s were scolding hot. As i commented”you could have least told us” the lady rudely tossed the bag of food at me. Not I’m sorry, not “thanks for the wait”! Nothing .but I did get the wrong drink, cold fries, chicken nuggets that were hot and hard, with no chicken in them. As my son told me “I told you so”, About not going to the churchville McDonald’s , I had to learn my lesson the hard way ! ...

So I eat here once a day usually breakfast late lunch or way late dinner lol. And out of my last 48 visits at this point only one order has come out correct.... And it was a soda. Today I ordered 40 nuggets and a bacon chicken clubhouse grilled with just cheese and tomato.... 10 minutes down the road I got home started to eat and they billed me for the right food but I got 4 nuggets, no sauce even though I even asked at the window if the sauce was in the bag to which I was told yes. And the grilled chicken was a burger now.... And carmelized onions we're on it... 3 strands like they forgot then just left what they put once they realized. The people are friendly always just never can get a correct order. But still hands down 10000* times better then the Edgewood location.... They told me to pull over and wait.... Then forgot about me I went inside three times they said it will be right out. I was there for 50 minutes before I went in irrate and said just give me a refund. Oh btw that happened two times there now one was the 50...

Forgot 4 pieces of my order. When I went up to get them, the lady slammed the bag on the counter like I was inconveniencing her for asking for the items that I paid for. At this time another customer was waiting for a pie that she forgot and they gave her a pie that someone else had in their hands and returned back to the workers (im pretty sure that’s against code). The lady then said “is this the pie that the other guy returned” and the same lady that slammed my missing food down got a nasty attitude and said “what do you want your money back or something?” The lady obviously wanted her food so she asked for a small fry or something of equal to the pie value and the worker then slammed her small fry down, again like it was the customers fault that they not only missed a part of her order but then tried to give her someone else’s returned food. They are clearly short staffed and there’s events in the area. It’s not the customers fault that they do not have enough staffing or are unaware of events in their area to...
