I hadn’t been back since they closed shop however long ago that was. Then I heard they were back, “under new management” so I thought I’d check it out. Wow. They did an amazing job. The place looks incredible. As far as I can tell the reclining chairs are standard and they recline so far back you might be fighting to stay awake! I like the self serve popcorn machine (first time I’ve seen one of those and it’s cool) and fountain soda machine. The staff have always been nice at this theater, regardless of the name on the building. The ONLY thing that’s new and I find annoying is the pretty blatant “Tip the Employee” option when you pay for your stuff. No offense but why am I tipping? I’m going and serving myself the popcorn and drinks. The tipping via cash register option is pretty lame and a bit dastardly as the employer should be paying their employees a fair wage and the act of including that tipping feature acknowledges that you yourself know you’re not paying enough whereas the customer, whose money is supporting the business and ALL of your salaries is now getting a metaphorical “hat in hand” begging...

Stepping into Flagship Premium Cinema was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The recent renovations have made it feel fresh, modern, and incredibly inviting. Everything, from the lobby to the theaters themselves, was spotless, which immediately set the tone for a comfortable visit.

They’ve clearly thought about every detail for families and couples alike. The seats are super comfortable with plenty of legroom, and the theaters offer just the right ambiance for date nights or family outings. Plus, ticket prices are refreshingly affordable for a local theater, which makes it easy to bring the whole family without breaking the bank.

Overall happy that flagship took this over. I don't think they were quite ready for busy releases just yet (moana) but I was there before they had their open house so maybe there are more staff coming. There was a line to get into the cinema room which was right by the bathrooms so people naturally snacking was making a mess of popcorn around the lobby. I don't think they let us in until within 5 minutes of start time. My chairs heater didn't work, which isn't a big deal but I sent them an email and haven't heard back in a week. I could also see greasy marks on one of ours so not sure if they got wiped down but again they were rushed for time. Bathrooms seem too small but were clean.
