A long overdue review… I love Michael’s for two main reasons: || One, because they’re the only pizza place in town and I don’t want to upset or offend our most convenient pizza source; my teen son would never forgive me for cutting off his pizza supply; and, || Two, I admire the kitchen staff’s phenomenal ability to craft pizzas with such a wildly diverse range of slice sizes; we get a fantastic selection between 1.5” Grade School Pizza Party, all the way to ones so large, it makes you wonder if they were practicing a geometry lesson, aiming for acute angles but got obtuse ones instead. Your attention to creating inadvertently personalized pizzas for me and my son is so freaking perfect; the skinny slices that have big dreams to become a normal-sized slice are perfect just the way they are, and completely satisfy my appetite. My son, he gets to think he’s being generous by offering me the micro-mom slices while he consumes a tri-folded slice with remarkable speed and efficiency. And thank you to the drivers, too. I always enjoy our cheerful little exchanges and I try to show my appreciation the way you (and the entire staff) de$erve. I have a feeling my own son will join the ranks of this humble operation one day, as it is seemingly a rite-of-passage into the world of employment for a number of our local young men and women. Anyone who has worked in a restaurant kitchen or sub/pizza shop in the middle of summer knows how miserable it can be. IYKYK. Much respect. ;) cheers! Owner rang up my order incorrectly and then argued about it. Very disappointed about how disrespectful he was. I was very nice about it and asked for the almost $5 difference back. After arguing with me about it for a few minutes even after he and a few others checked the total with a calculator 3 times, he asked if $4 worked. I settled for $4.50 just to prove a point. He handed it to me with his Rolex on his arm while muttering under his breath about it to put it nicely. (It should be noted also that many customers orders for pizza were being given out to other people while the customers that already ordered were waiting and not seeing it happening while this was going on. I also pre-ordered by phone and came in 20 minutes later, just to wait an extra 20 minutes. I only ordered a slice of pizza and a sub. The sub was cold by the time I got it, and I was waiting that whole time for more pizza to be made for the slice while watching others leave with pizza.) I thanked him and gave back the soggy fries I didn't order as well since he was insisting during the discussion that the fries made up for it. I would have given a few stars if I hadn't been treated so rudely by the owner when he was embarrassed about his mistake. A simple sorry and a refund would have been amazing. I hope this warns others about this place. I got a nice taste of the flavor that runs it. It left a bad taste in my mouth for sure!

This is small, quaint pizza restaurant. Been owned by the current owner in excess 20 years. The front counter was manned by very capable, knowledgeable, and kind persons. Alex, the manager was great too! The food speaks for itself: a couple of soups, pizza has been all I've enjoyed, and if this an indication of other dishes to come, I'm looking forward to it!

We have ordered food from here twice now and should have learned from our first terrible experience. Cheese fries were basically mush and were just gross nacho cheese on top of fries. The lamb gyro was even worse. The pita was stale and fell apart when you tried to pick the gyro up. The lamb on the gyro was cold and was just 4 slices stacked on top of one another with some onions and few full tomato slices thrown on top (Not even diced). We ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli and got all the way home to find no chicken in the dish. Called the store back and they offered to replace the meal which they did but also tried to blame to error on us. When we placed the order we confirmed with the lady on the phone we wanted chicken and she even read the order back. Did not appreciate the condescending tone of the cook who handed me the replacement meal or the gentleman on the phone who tried to blame us for the order. Will never...
