Do not order from here you will be wasting your time. Im letting everybody know that this place has gone downhill. They have horrible customer service. I literally spoke to somebody on the phone that told me all because I wanted to cancel my order because of the weather, that I would not be able to order over the phone and would have to come in and it will go on my record. First of all, it's the first time in the 15 years I ordered from here in the past that I've EVER cancelled an order, secondly, if the manager is speaking to me like that I don't have much respect for their employees. I spoke with the manager, and it was the manager that was ignorant with me over the phone. He didn't treat me like a customer, but a Slave. Don't expect them to treat you any differently than they treated me, because they certainly didn't care and if they don't care about one customer they won't care about the rest. Why I'm saying this is it's ridiculous because I've been ordering with them for more than 15 years. I don't know what happened to their friendly service and great customer communication, but it's not there. If you're looking for a great experience from great employers, you're not going to get it here. I recommend never going to this location, I sure won't be again and I'm making sure to tell the Cody family to do the same. They have been loyal customers for 50 years, many of my friends and family have been for many years as well, but it stops today. As soon as my friends and family around the Middle River area hear about this place, I already know they're going to be taking their business elsewhere. So my husband and I order from here quite often and the food is always pretty good although I think they’re a bit too pricey! Nonetheless, we ordered from here last night and this is starting to become an ongoing issue…..THE FRIES ARE HORRIBLE!! It’s like we roll the dice whenever we order from here because we don’t know what type of fries we’re going to get that day!! They’ve been overcooked, burnt, Cajun looking but not tasting, some may be undercooked, it’s like you don’t know how they’re cooked but THEY know how the fries look before they bag em, and it’s as if they don’t care anymore on serving customers NASTY, BURNT, CAJUN LOOKING BUT NOT TASTING, UNDONE, UNAPPEALING fries!! However they’re cooked, it’s NOT consistent and it’s NOT good, especially for the money charged! Previously, we never had any issues with their fries but over the last year, ITS GOTTEN WORSE!! I HOPE you guys fix this as we’ve bought this to your attention before but nothing’s changed! This is truly a turn-off as you look for the fries to complement your meal and it definitely doesn’t anymore!! I’d hate to stop ordering from here as the other food we get normally is good but we’re tired of wasting money by throwing the fries away after only being able to eat 3/4 out of a order, that’s extremely frustrating...

I wanted to order a takeout pizza for my little cousin and myself and the first time we called, we were put on hold with no explanation. The second time we called, we were met with a rude man who assumed we were trying to prank call them because we were both trying to give the order instructions (as we didn’t get a chance to do so the first time). I then began to explain that we, in fact, were trying to place a legitimate order and not prank call a pizzeria (because who would do that and why). He then hung up on us after saying “You’re trying to prank call, that’s what this is. So I will not be taking your order because you’re doing a prank call.” So when I call them back, I try to, again, explain myself and say we weren’t prank calling and we were trying to order a pizza to which he replies “Well you shouldn’t have tried to prank call, that’s what happens when you prank call. And I won’t be taking your order.” So now I am fed up and I told him, “There’s no need for you to take my order because we’ve gotten pizza from somewhere else. You were rude and disrespectful and I will not be spending my money there again.” He hung up once again after telling me to save my breath and that’s how I got here. So I give them 1 star for terrible first time...
