I had a issue with my carryout order when I came to pick it up. My order wasn’t there. I showed the girl on my app that it was placed at this location and it said it was ready. We came to realize that the delivery driver who was working accidentally took my carryout order instead of their delivery so my order wasn’t at the store. I asked to speak to the manager and the young lady said she was the manager and she was so polite even though I expressed my frustration onto her I felt bad for taking it out on her as I saw she was by herself and busy. I can’t remember her name but it was during the afternoon on 11/1 and she had red hair. She went out of her Way to make sure my order would be made again correctly, she apologized more times I can remember and after seeing that she actually cared about my issue and didn’t give an attitude like other fast food places do she calmed me down and i was extremely happy with the outcome at the end. Very good service from her. I went back a couple hours later to apologize and she smiled and said it was her mistake and she understood why I was upset. I tried to give her a $20 tip but she denied and said she couldn’t accept my tip due to the issue being her fault and didn’t want to take it but i insisted and left it on the counter. after all I was the one who gave her a hard time over a minor mistake. mistakes happen especially in food service and I’m very sorry again to the young lady that was there. Read moreSo, this will probably be the craziest review I've ever written, but I'll try to make it make sense. I had a pretty crappy experience with the online ordering. It took almost an hour just for my order to be confirmed and then another hour for me to get my food. It's safe to say I was starting to get pretty peeved and I'm usually an easy going person. So the driver gets here with my pizza, but my donut bites are missing. I was pretty much fed up at that point, but the delivery driver, Angela, was so polite and apologetic that it was hard for me to stay mad. She put me on the phone with her manager, Aaron I think his name was. Aaron was super nice and clarified that my order had gotten mixed up on the corporate end and had to basically be deleted and redone or something like that. He was very calm and collected even though I could hear that they were busy. He gave me a few options and ultimately I asked if he could just send me the dessert whenever they could, at this point I felt guilty for being mad because of the good customer service. Only about 20 minutes went by before Angela was back at my door with the dessert and smiling and saying she was sorry for the problems. I ended up not really liking the Italian hero pizza, but I'm not faulting them for that because it was my personal preference of not really liking the sauce. However the donuts were very good! Based on customer service alone, I'll seriously consider ordering...
Read morePlaced an order and was told 30 to 40 mins. Which was great for a holiday weekend. I get a text saying my order is on its way, after 30 mins and still no pizza I call the store. They tell me they had to remake the small pizza because they made it wrong. Which I thought was great they caught their mistake before it arrived.
Once my pizza's arrived and after the drive left I then found out that they still did not make the small pizza correctly. The small pizza was suppose to be a small bacon and black olives, and it was plain cheese.
So I call back again and was told in they didn't see that and will make another pizza and get it right out. 45 mins later the driver finally shows up with the correct...
