Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

I went there Thursday night at 951pm. I got out of work late hadn't eaten all day. The sign said open but they closed at 10 and they were cleaning (Shell and Alex) I asked if they were still open she said we are closing up. I said all I want is tuna. Shell was willing and took my order. She prepared my tuna sub superbly and with a polite smile and tone. Alex as well help bring some toppings out. I was previously a customer care associate and that was one of the best customer care situations I have experienced in a very long time. Please go there and you'll see for yourself. I look forward to going back very soon for another tuna sub. Thank you again Shell and Alex for such great customer service and working well as a team!! Kudos...

I USE to be a regular here until things went downhill very quickly. This subway is Absolutely GROSS. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE STORE MANAGER (aka blonde greasy ponytail) KELLY (FAUGHT) WHEN SHE IS MARRIED WHEN SHE IS NOT MARRIED ITS KELLY (TAYLOR) ALL DEPENDS ON WHO SHES TALKING TO....POINT BLANK SHE IS A ACTIVE DRUG ADDICT. I ALONG WITH PLENTY OF OTHERS HAVE WATCHED HER FALL ASLEEP WHILE MAKING FOOD. PEOPLE EVEN HAVE VIDEO OF THIS!!!! YUCK. NEVER EVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS DUMP TO ANYONE. THE DISTRICT MANAGER.. This subway is absolutely foul from its employees to the food. I had ordered two sandwich for people with allergies. When i picked up my order it was all wrong, despite having every ingredient on the receipt. The employees are not able to identify bread. This staff is LAZY, and ready to close an hour and thirty minutes before their actual closing time. This location is inconsiderate and trashy. You are better off getting subway from walmart, and that is always a hard no from me. When asking for help they will send you in loopholes. Denying you a refund when numerous things are wrong.
