I placed a mobile order to pick up at the window. When I arrived at the store I went to the speaker the person told me to pull over to the mobile parking pickup area so I drove over there and there's a sign that says grab inside and go which is not what I asked for. I drive back to the window and she tells me that my order is not ready and that I need to go park there and I asked her are you going to bring my food out to me and she says yes but she never communicated that to me she said my order would be ready in 5 minutes and I am sitting here and it's 10 so I'm getting ready to drive back through. She then told me that the reason she parked me was because it was going to take the 5 minutes and she didn't want to mess up her timer. I pulled up to the speaker to order my food with a car full of people I was waiting for the cashier to respond and I said “Hello” to make it known that i was ready to order. The worker over the speaker then responded “I know you’re there please take a second to look over the menu and we will be with you soon”, I then patiently waited for 5 minutes and said “Hello” to the speaker again. The worker over the speaker responded the same as before, but with a nastier tone. 8-10-23 update. Most inconsistent food ever! Never taste the same. Used to love the Mexican pizza & cinnamon twist but now, they both taste like nasty grease. What have y'all done to them! Maybe the manager or owner should start tasting the food for quality control because it's so bad.
Love the hard shell Taco but the drive through always leaves part of your order out of the bag. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY! They also claim they have no ice and hand you a cup full of flat soda..
