We received our order fast, but we were shocked at the poor quality and taste. The oil used to cook the food tasted weeks old. We are wondering when was the last time it may have been changed. All three of our dishes tasted EXACTLY the same. Disgusting. I have displayed a picture of the "pad thai" that was sold to me. There are broad noodles, two bean sprouts, and a whole bunch of vegetables that have no business in pad thai. Like baby corn and snow peas. I called and they tell me "this is how they do pad thai" in their restaurant. There was NO LIME NO PEANUTS NO FISH SAUCE NO TOFU NO FLAVOR. The same can be said about the chicken "teriyaki" that we ordered as an appetizer. It was a bunch of deep fried chicken on a stick. There was no teriyaki, no seasoning. Just bread crumbs. The woman on the phone says "we don't make our chicken teriyaki with sauce". I said "whaaaaaaaat?" Why is it called teriyaki if it is fried chicken on a stick? Worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. Sorry guys. But it's true. All the food tasted old, flavorless, and filled with oil.

I have a mixed review about this place. Went out with a group to celebrate last night. It was everyone's first time at this establishment. The decor was OK but it was freezing in the restaurant. Even the server had a winter coat on. The initial approach from the server was very unpleasant. I am not sure what the problem was and was confused why she was being very abrupt and unfriendly since most of the review that I read on here stated they experienced a great service. It was a big and diverse crowd so I can understand the pressure but a few people including myself had asked her about some of the menu items to which she completely ignored and rush everyone to order their food (Yes, she was yelling) . Apart from our group, there was only three other people in one other table beside ours at the restaurant. The food was OK but not great. I was disappointed at the service and obviously won't be returning. I am only giving them three stars because the food was OK and the shrimp on my dish were humongous.

The picture will do the talking. Left bowl is wonton soup made properly. Right bowl of watery unseasoned, overcooked wontons that came from this restaurant. They even tried to defend this like wonton soup in any situation would be served with just unseasoned vegetable broth and wontons minus ANY FILLING. Even my hospital food was better than this. I couldn’t even get a flick of salt omgggg. This is insane for $6. I do not recommend based on the fact one of the simplest dishes is trash.

The Chicken w/broccoli was bland, that is, when you get over the cardboard paper-like chicken on brown sauce. The wonton soup was like pasta/bean curds floating in brown tasteless broth. Please don't order any dish with chicken, it is that BAD, seriously. The customer service WAS nonexistent...disgusting. Perhaps my brown colour invited such an exclusive Asian emotions. The lady didn't bother looking up for a second while taking my order, she was on a very important phone call throughout...classless!

On a personal note. The Asian community in Columbia/HC have a lot to learn about the community. They must understand that many of us have lived in Columbia for a very long time, and have lived in harmony, regardless of race/ethnicity. The caliber of Asians around these days is unreal, they left me utterly speechless, and it's reflective even at a restaurant where taste & CS sells food. In 45 years of living in the area, I have never had to complain about any group of people. The community is diversed and quite intergrated. My children went to school here and we are very happy.

This was a bloody waste of $65 on food, upon the insults on Christmas Day. Too bad our favorite Asian food place wasn't open. We immediately trashed the rest of the food, which was a...
