One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I called to order two cheesesteak combos and asked about substituting fries for onion rings, and what the price difference was. The woman on the phone responded rudely with “I don’t know,” offering no help or effort to check. When I asked again to clarify pricing, she snapped, “Do you want the combo or not?” and went silent. Despite her attitude, I placed the order.

When I arrived, I explained the issue to a man at the counter (possibly the manager). The same woman came out screaming, twisted my words, flipped me off, and shouted an expletive at me. I seriously thought she was going to physically attack me.

No apology from anyone. Just silence. I looked at the manager and said is this how you treat paying customers and he just shrugged his shoulders. I canceled my order and left. This place will never get another dollar of my money and I've warned all of my friends and family about this place.

The place itself wasn’t clean, and the overall environment was uncomfortable. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from both staff and management.

Avoid this place. If this is how they treat paying customers, it’s not worth your time or money. Go anywhere else in Pasadena—you’ll get better service and likely a cleaner experience.

Go to Pizza Raven, they have the same combo but cheaper and will substitute the fries for onion rings for way less and you get way more and they...

I've gotten wings here before a dozen times and they were fantastic. They have a variety of flavors that taste great. They aren't battered then fried which I like. BUT today I ordered a pizza for the first time. I ordered a small white pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were wonderful. The pizza was NOT. It was disgustingly greasy. All I could taste was the grease. I was really disappointed. I didn't even eat a whole piece. So I paid $15.00 for 5 mozzarella sticks. I would probably order mozzarella sticks or wings from there again but I'd probably be too scared to...

Best tasting, most consistent quality food; specifically cheesesteak subs/wings in the area, hands down! My family has ordered 6 times in the last few months and only one of those six times was the food not up to their usual standards. I feel that is extremely consistent for this type of food establishment. Other delivery food in the area just doesn't taste as good and as fresh. The lettuce and tomatoes on the cheesesteak are always fresh and the atomic wing sauce is my favorite. I'm glad we found this gem and I hope...
