Multiple bad experiences in less than 2 months. First bad experience I called in the order to pick up. They said 25 minutes and it took 50 minutes no big deal as I could see the 20 minutes I sat there waiting they were busy. I got my pizza and went home only to open it up and realize it was the wrong pizza. When I called they were nice about it but said I would have to wait another 45 minutes for them to bring me another one. I couldn't wait that long considering I had 3 kids that were already waiting longer than I was told. I had to go back to the shop myself and get another pizza. They did apologize though and even refunded my money, so basically a free pizza. My wife really likes the pizza but to me it's nothing special and I can go to 5 other pizza places and get the same kind of pizza. We gave them another chance since they refunded our money and like I said my wife likes it.
2nd bad experience was today. I called in and tried to order the special they have ON THEIR WEBSITE of 2 medium 1 topping pizzas for 16.99. When I called they guy was nice and everything was fine until he said my total was 22.46. I said something wasn't right the total should be 18.00 tops. He said let me see and then rang it up again and said 19.72 and asked me does that sound right? Why would he's ask me that? NO OT DOSENT SOUND RIGHT. At this point I realized that the guy didn't know what he was doing so I would have to take my phone WITH THE SPECIALS ON THEIR WEBSITE so he could ring it up probably. So a waste of 15 minutes because he couldn't get it right over the phone. When I went in with my phone and showed them the SPECIALS ON THEIR WEBSITE he still didn't get it right and said the total was 19.75. At which point I said that is not possible 16.99 plus tax is not 19.75, 18.00 tops. He got a manager who said that he was hitting a wrong button. So at this point 20 minutes after my inital call they finally was able to take my order. The manager then looked at me and could see I was visually frustrated with the whole situation asked was I okay. I said no I don't see what's so hard about tring to get the order right. He said sir we didn't know about none of this until you got here. When I told him I called 20 minutes ago and the guy couldn't get it right over the phine so I had to drive down here and physically order the pizza he had nothing else to say. So by the time I finally got the order in it should of been done if their front desk staff knew how to take orders properly. Instead I got to sit there for 45 minutes while they made the pizza. No apology or anything else. Like I said before their are WAY to many pizza joints out there to put up with this. Also my wife who likes their pizza had to deal with 3 screaming kids that were hungry while I waited there for 45 minutes. She dosent think their pizza is worth it so we will not be returning. Read moreI'm editing the review after trying Vocelli again at the behest of my wife after well over a year. I spent way too much money on two dozen cookies for the kids to go with the pizza. They forgot a dozen of the cookies (which were tiny as hell) I called the office over two hours ago now. They said "they'd get my cookies out to me right away" two hours of waiting determined that was a lie.
Just order anywhere but here. I'm not even mad about it, it's just cookies but really? Two hours? I'm just disappointed. Like come on, you can do better.
I used to order from here almost weekly. I would get Vocelli's at least 2-3 times a month. I slowly stopped ordering because wait times were excessive, food was showing up cold, and competitors were getting hot tasty pizza to my house faster, hotter, and cheaper.
I had a craving for Vocelli's tonight after work and came home and placed an order around 530pm. It's almost an hour an a half later, I call to figure out where the pizza might be (I live 4 minutes away) and I'm told to wait another 10-20 minutes. That puts my wait time for two pizzas and a salad close to two hours. I try to be understanding, but now I've spent fifty bucks to sit around hungry for nearly two hours for cold pizza.

Read moreI’m a 72 yr old senior citizen on a very low income. I placed an online order on vocelli’s app yesterday, Sunday, July 4th 2021. I never received a confirmation or email stating you received my order. I went on line and looked at my Bank Account. Sure enough, the $26.45 was deducted from my account. The only way the bank would have deducted the $26.45 was the store had to send the transaction to them. They didn’t pull it out of thin air. I called the store and told them I HAVE BEEN CHARGED for the order, but received no email, text, etc. They said to take it up with my bank. It was Sunday, banks aren’t open again until Tuesday. Since I received no food, which I ordered to last me for four days, at that point I didn’t have the money to re-order or to go somewhere else, I had to do without. You can see by the attached I was indeed charged. It’s not like I’m a new customer. I order all the time. But, this will be my last. $26.45 may not be a lot of money to your store, but being on only Social Security it a whole lot to me. It upset me and angered me to the point I cursed your worker. That’s not my personality at all. It’s a shame, I loved your bacon pizza.
