Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order online for delivery, but decided to pick it up instead because the delivery time was an hour away. I called and changed the order to pick up and everything went fine. When I called, they said if I left to come now, it would be ready since it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I thought that was too quick for the order to be ready, but I confirmed what the employee told me and left my house to pick up the order.
When I arrived and paid, the employee told me it would be 10 minutes before it was ready. I told her that when I called (10 minutes ago), they said it would be ready upon my arrival. So already, they make me wait 15 minutes after I arrive for my pizza (STRIKE 1).
After 15 minutes of waiting, I ask when is it going to be ready. The employee told me that her manager said it was coming out of the oven at that time. I waitied a few more minutes to find out that they lied about that (STRIKE 2).
They lied about my order coming out because, after I waited another 5 minutes, the manager comes out to tell me that they don't have any pan crust (I ordered 2 pan pizzas) and asked me if I wanted some other kind of crust instead. ???????????? (STRIKE 3)
Did I miss something? My pizza would be ready in 10 minutes (NO). My pizza was coming out of the oven right now (NO). They hadn't even started making my pizza AT ALL and I had already been waiting there for 20 minutes at this point, when it was supposed to be ready upon my arrival.
They did my a HUGE favor by refunding my money (how nice of them) and "apologized." The manager told me that someone got distracted and my order got forgotten about or something like that. This is a pizza place, they should be able to handle more than 1 order at a time. I could tell that they were not even busy at the time. During the apology, the manager kept looking at the ground and not at me. I asked her if it was acceptable to provide this kind of service to a customer. She would not answer and just offered a discount off my next order: $15.50. That's the price they pay you for extremely terrible service and lying to you as a customer.
Don't worry, Pizza Hut, I will not be spending your precious $15.50 credit to my account because I will not be placing any more orders with you. It's a shame, because I liked the food. Too bad the service was deplorable and the manager couldn't make me happy and she couldn't even give me a...

Took 3 phone calls to finally place an order (got hung up on the first two times, but we were really craving a pan pizza) and the phone rang for at least 60 seconds each time. They quoted me at 20 minutes, I got there in 15 knowing that I was going to wait a few minutes. I paid for my order and they told it should just be a few minutes. One of the workers checked in with me twice more and said it should only take a few minutes each time. 20 some minutes of waiting there, 40 minutes after I ordered my pizza, I went to the counter to check, didn't see or hear anybody in the back, and the phone was ringing for a good 60-90 seconds with no one to be found, and four or five pizzas sitting at the end of the oven. I finally see a bunch of workers come back in and they were surprised to see me still in there. They go to look for my pizza, can't find it and guessed that a driver took it. They ended up giving me a refund and what I assume was someone else's pizza (wasn't a pan pizza...), which was nice of them and the least they could do. It ended up kinda OK, but it definitely threw the rest of our night off. Moral of this review, just avoid this...
Read moreI ordered 4 "my Pizza" boxes that contain a person pan pizza with either fries or 4 bone-out wings. I used the ap and it was super easy to pick out exactly what everyone wanted. I noted that I wanted my bbq sauce on the side of the wings (keeps them crispier.) Pick-up went smoothly. My friends' food was hot and crispy (especially the fries!) but my pizza was made incorrectly with bbq sauce actually ON the pizza. I called and the manager told me to come back later for a new one and even set up the timer for when I got off work. Showed up at the Pizza Hut off Great Mills and a new pizza and wings were waiting.
Samantha is an incredible manager and I am very pleased I was able to get a new pizza made. Incredibly professional and the customer service is on point. 100% would order again.
