Worst experience. Pulled in through the drive thru and asked if they still have the triple cheeseburger. I was told to stop, read the menu, and then let her know when I find what I want. I tried again to say I knew what I wanted, but didn't see it on the menu but have been asked before I wanted it "tripled". I was again told to read the menu. I repeated it wasn't there and she told me there are three different triple cheese and that I needed to to know which I wanted. I stated just a regular plain one. She then says they don't have that and I could order something else. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. Expensive, bad experience😥😥😥👎👎👎 I placed my order online and prepaid while sitting in the parking lot of the Great Mills Rd location. Drove around to the drive-thru to pick up and then drove straight home to my family. The Food was not good. Burgers, a baconater and a big Buford, were sloppily made with so much mayo they wouldn't stay together. The mother clucker chicken sandwich was dried out and tasteless. And the boneless wings were hard as rocks, inedible!! The only saving grace were the fries. They were delicious. Also good were the Apple pies. Total bill was over $40 dollars with only the fries and pies being eaten at home. The rest...

Worst checkers I've ever been to. My 11 year old son was trying to order his own meal and was admittedly a bit nervous, and the lady taking our order was very rude to him. Also, it took a long time for someone to even come to the window. I was about to leave when she opened it up, and there was no greeting or anything. She just looked at us and then said "what do you want". I can't speak for all the employees, but there a few that are not very professional or courteous at all.
