Pollo Campero — Restaurant in Maryland

This location is absurd! I placed my order on the App In order for it to be ready in advanced Since phone orders if they ARE NOT PAYED it will not be made. 4 piece mix and a chicken sandwich with fries and Mac and cheese and a roll! When I arrived I went to the pick up section and the cashier never acknowledged me because they were not there !!!! Then I just waited to see if anyone would tend to me little did they know I speak Spanish too; all they were doing was gossiping away and the cashier Carlos had to keep getting called to the front by the lady packing the food ! How Inattentive of him. Then they tell me they have no breast and I have to wait 35 min if I want it and on top of that the sandwich they gave me I saw them pull it out of the warmer and put in the fryer for like a minute! I was very upset because the lack of care of these employees is shameful. This is a WORST location I've ever been too. From the employees to managers to food! Never again! Please don't waste your time nor your money! Their prices are outrageous too and their "combos" don't come with a drink you pay 3.50$ additionally for a cup. I asked for a refund and they denied it I took the food and gave it away to a homeless...

This is the second time I have been to this location. The first time, they did not have any of the spring mix. Therefore I could not get the grilled chicken salad. The second time, the manager took my order and didn't even ask me if I wanted the grilled or fried chicken. I remembered while I was paying to make sure I ordered the right type of chicken. She automatically put in my order for fried. Then when I told her I wanted grilled, she had to check. Come to find out, they did not have any grilled chicken ready. It was going to take 20 min. I told them, I will come back. When I came back in 20 min, my food was ready. They told me that they did not have the sauce that goes with it, but they have limes that they could give me. They were out of the sauce. I want to know why this location is not fully prepared for their customers. The manager acts like she doesn't want to be there. No energy whatsoever. The grilled chicken is flavorful and I like it. The plantains were delicious. But the beans were soupy. Not enough beans. The consistency was way off. But the flavor was not that bad. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE

Can't be more disappointed with this place, first of all I just order the food because it was late and it was the closest location and my kid really wanted this chicken..is a grease chicken and was served cold.. we were just passing by thru the state heading home, the location says that closes at 9pm and it was only 8:20.... the cashier refused to let us eat inside even it was 40 minites prior to the closing time.. my wife kindly asked the lady manager in turn to let us stay inside for only 10 minutes so we can let our kid eat without been seating in the car seat and she was so rude and disrespect to her and still kicked us out.. I'm definitely not coming back fist of all because I'm from out of state but even if I were local.or lived around the corner, I would drive to the next location instead of coming back here... Sunday...
