No le doy ninguna estrelle por esto, Hoy 09/02/2020 esta tarde a las 7:30pm mi esposo, mi hija de 11 años, y mi bebe de 8 meses fuimos a esta panaderia. devido a la pandemia de el coronavirus no pueden acceder mas de 5 personal en el local lo que es bueno para evitar cualquier contajio, esperamos afuera hasta que no hubiese nadie, cuando entramos la persona que esta acargo de ayudar a la cajera una mujer joven, de pequeña estatura color trigueña, nos empezo a exijir poner mascara a mi bebe de tan solo 8 meses, pense que estaba bromiando pero luego empezo a decir que eran reglas de el manager que el baby tenia que usar mascara, lo que me dio indignacion devido a que como es que una persona no se informa antes de exigir a que un baby tiene que usar mascara. Mi respuesta a esta persona, y basada en la ley y como conosedora de la salud de infantes, siendo una enfermera certificada por 10 años trabajando en el area pediatrica que por la salud de mi hijo un niño menor de 2 años no puede usar mascara devido a que los pulmones no estan totalmente desarrollados, y puede morir de asfixia si usa mascara, y que antes de querer sacar, exigir, o maltratar al cliente que se informen. La persona al final termino discutiendo que ella solo me dejava saver y que era mi decicion cuidar a mi baby, y que si el manager mirava al baby sin mascara en el local nos iva a sacar immediatamente, en conclucion fuimos casi espulsados de el lugar por no ponerle mascara a mi baby de tan solo 8 meses.

The person at the end ended up arguing that she only is letting me know and that it was my decision to take care of my baby, and if the manager looked at my baby without a mask in the place he would take us out immediately, in conclusion we were almost expelled from the place because my baby with only 8 months old didn't...

Ok espere y me colgó el teléfono es lamentable como, los clientes somos tan mal atendidos si sea en la tienda o por teléfono seguimos siendo clientes y el dinero es lo mismo muy pésimo trata y la muchacha fue muy ruda hablando con migo aún pidiendo yo el favor me negó venderme un pastel!
