This store was the first Smoothie King that I had ever walked into and it has set a high expectation for all the other ones I visited. The store is always neat and clean! The team members are always friendly and helpful. The smoothies are always delicious! If there is ever a mistake, it is promptly remade. The smoothies are always made to the best quality and they even give out the extra smoothie in a nice sample cup. They are always accommodating to food allergies or smoothie changes. I have had the privilege of worker for the owners of this particular Smoothie King and they are some of the best employers I know! They are always extremely kind and try to be flexible with your schedule. The owner Mrs. Nika is hard working and one of the nicest people I know. She always makes sure that the store is orderly, smoothies are made properly, and the team members are friendly and helpful. This location is super clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their smoothies. The owners are super friendly and take the time to ensure your order is exactly what your body and tastebuds are craving. They made me the best smoothie I’ve ever had and I’ve had smoothies from all around. I made them aware I was diabetic with a sweet tooth and I went with their recommendation. They did not steer me wrong. I truly enjoyed it and best of all it was healthy for me as well. I live in the DC area and I will always make sure I stop by to get me one of their delicious smoothies whenever I’m in the area even if I may be running late. They are very quick and efficient. The owner here does not understand customer service. I asked for a smoothie without berries and got a smoothie with berries in it. The smoothie was remade with just banana like I asked but was blended with so much ice and water that it literally tasted like an unsweetened snowball. I brought this to the owner Nikia's attention and she lost it and wanted to fuss me out about taking away berries instead of fixing the issue she decided to argue with me about my order. It got to the point where I just asked for my refund and left. Never did she apologize for the mistake or bad smoothie, to her it was basically my fault that the smoothie tasted the way it did.
