Place definitely had the vibe of a “dive” versus a diner. Appeared to one person cooking and also she was doing the register. They charge to use a credit card to purchase things no matter the total. The rest rooms are out of order per the signs, we didn’t ask but this could be a ‘big city’ ploy to keep out those they don’t want in there. Odd that both would be out of service otherwise. The service was slow and the donuts were so-so. They did not seem fresh for the day, while they were good the glaze did seem like these were day olds perpetuated as fresh. Only tried their donuts . Nothing special at all; taste like a donut you’d get at the bakery section of a Safeway store . Also , every time I come to this place there are never any selections of donuts whatsoever. Lady’s nice, but I tried telling her that not at lot of people carry cash nowadays because everything is turning electronic but if you’re wondering you have to pay a .50 cent charge for electronic transactions; but they do take...

EDIT: They are definitely open for indoor service these days! Tina remembers her regulars and knows what we want before we even have to ask. She even knows that I'm picky about the quality of my tomatoes and only puts them on my breakfast sandwich if they're good.
