Go here every day for my lunch break, usually have a good experience. Today there was about maybe half the amount of people that are usually there, and my order was made incorrect and extremely sloppily the first time, despite the fact it took almost 15 minutes to make, and the second time it didn’t taste right either, but I didn’t have time to wait for a correction. The young man who made the drinks was obviously new and being trained, but there was no one who appeared to be in an authority position behind the counter despite there being 5 employees, and he was clearly being overwhelmed as a young lady was telling him the ingredients for a drink — for a separate order as he was preparing mine. When I said the first drink was wrong, I felt super bad because honestly these kids looked like they were just waiting for someone to flip out on them. Usually wouldn’t complain, but I worked in the restaurant industry for years, the issues today seemed to be more so from lack of strong management then the fault of the very young looking employees...
Read moreOn 10/13/2024 I went to Starbucks on Richard Valley Rd with my bff to order a pumpkin chai latte and a frozen hot chocolate (which is equivalent they said to a frozen mocha, which didn’t taste anything like chocolate) once we tried it we didn’t like it and so we asked for a refund. Well the young lady didn’t refund us but charged us an additional $5.78. So now we have been changed $11.56 on a credit card. On 10/17/2024 we called and went to the store to get the refund corrected only to be told that we would need to contact Starbucks Customer Care and then had to email Starbucks review with the copies of the receipts and no response from them at all. On 10/24/2024 we emailed to receive a status update and still nothing. I will not be patronizing this establishment anymore. They take our money but won’t refund in a timely manner. This is ridiculous. SMH!!!!

Read moreThis location have got to be one of the worst locations I have ever been too. First? They are always backed up and behind on making peoples orders. The inside of this location and the drive through are always full of people waiting AT LEAST 10-15min for their drinks. The location is always fully staffed I don't understand what the hold up is. Every time I go to this location they make my order wrong. Well I have not been in a very long time so I decided to give them another try today. I asked for a "Grande Carmel Frappe w/Extra Carmel Drizzle " when I received the drink it was a Grande Milk Frappe with Extra Carmel Drizzle. There was NO COFFEE in the frappe and not only that? The young man dumped Carmel on the top of the drink when I asked for extra drizzle around the cup. The cup had no drizzle.
