Horrible customer service. My plans was for me and my family to eat Subway. I waited in line for a couple of minutes just to be disappointed. Before I could get a word out. I was asked WHAT DO YOU WANT by the counter attendant. No hello, how may I help you or etc. I gave him another chance to correct himself. I said hello how are you and he repeatedly said again WHAT DO YOU WANT. Please be aware. If you don't mind being disrespected and belittled this is the Subway you should go to. Hopefully upper management will read this review and get this location some customer service training on how to be pleasant and greet their customers...

There were gnats and insects in my order when I retrieved it from the delivery person, which is absolutely inexcusable. Then I called the restaurant to ask what happened and I was I was spoken to by two people who could not understand what I was saying and could not communicate properly, and I was hung up on while trying to ask for a refund. Recently I have noticed that the younger employee is always on the phone (using his earpiece) and not paying much attention to the customers because he is on the phone.
